Super slow, waited about 20 minutes for 5 cars. They make you wait at the ordering box for some reason, I had mobile ordered and they asked me to pull up very slowly because it wasn’t ready yet lol. Drink was incorrect and sooooo sweet I ended up tossing it and going to the Dunkin across the street.

It's a sad joke. Went a cpl weeks ago doors were locked but they were serving drive thru. Sent a note to corporate and 6 emails later still no response. Clown show.

I love my Starbucks and go every morning...I haven't been in almost a month because the last 2 times I went I asked for strawberry puree on top of my whip cream and the first day that they handed me my order and I told them what I wanted they gave me caramel drizzle and I only order strawberry and cream with 2 shots of blonde and the very next morning I ordered the same thing and again asked for strawberry puree on top of my whip I still never received it because I just pulled off because I wasn't taking a chance on ruining a second cup....I just think that is a lot of money to be spending to not get your order the exact way that it's ordered
