At first, the employee pretended not to hear me and told me to repeat my order “hundreds of times.” I repeated the type of sandwich I wanted at least ten times. She then acted irritated simply because I spoke with an accent. After that, the second employee — the one at the register — looked at me as if I were stupid when I asked for extra jalapeños while she was adding vegetables. When I then asked for lettuce, she suddenly claimed she “couldn’t understand me.” I even pointed directly at the lettuce, and she still insisted, “Say it in English! Say it in English!” Overall, the behavior of the staff was absolutely disgraceful and completely unacceptable.

6/28/25 i buy 2 foot long cold cut and it barely had meat on it she said that it was the right amount of meat .all I taste was lettuce tomatoes !!SMH she wouldn't even get on the phone delaying message from whom ever answer the phone I will never spend another dollar there..

Subway ripped me off ,charged us two prices for sandwiches. Bought two sandwiches paid for three. Don't go there again. Didn't look at recept until I got home.. Love's I 20 Thomson location

Melissa and the staff were awesome! They made my sandwich perfect and the ingredients were fresh. I would like to see black olives next time. Would recommend stopping in.

Courtney is awesome. When she greets you with that smile it can light up your day. My submarine was made quickly with friendly and delightful conversation with fresh and delicious ingredients. I will be back.
