The worse ever. Food just thrown in the bag any kind of way. Food just thrown in the container and wrappers and not even wrapped all the way. Wish I could add the pictures I just took. Tostada was so messy. Taco supreme did not have sour cream or tomato on it meximelt did not have the extra cheese. Drink was even flat. 13 dollars wasted.

Me and my mom came in and I asked for NO lettuce. They put lettuce on EVERY SINGLE taco I got. They were the only actual hardshell tacos. How do you mess up that bad. It was 8 they close at 10. Lazy. I had more lettuce than meat on the taco. There weren't even many people there drive threw and inside. There were 4 people making the tacos, how do you mess up that bad.

The employees are insanely rude. i watched them stand there and blatantly ignore an older woman even while she was trying to ask them for help. they helped her and as she was about to ask for something else they ignored her and walked away. they either don’t read your order or don’t care, cause they set down your food and immediately walk away. they don’t give you your drink cups. while we asked a lady to give us our drink cups she seemed to just not want to give them to us. they were back there going on their headsets talking about customers, which they don’t realize, you’re not quite people can hear you. my burrito was only rice, they put almost no meat in it at all. i got the little cinnabon delights, and they were extremely hard and stale feeling and had no cinnamon on them.

This Taco Bell is epic. Cashier with the face piercings was really nice and my crunchwrap came out crazy fast. Had the crunchiest potatoes bits ever. My life is awesome.
The shift manager and staff was very wonderful. Everyone was putting their effort to serve customer.

The 2 kiosks for ordering are not presented prominently in the Thomson GA Taco Bell. A support post in the business has the letters o.r.d.e.r vertically, not very large I need to add. The two workers who were filling orders for the drive through allowed me, a 75 year old, to stand there waiting to order without directing me to the ordering kiosk behind me. I had to notice people coming in behind me who knew how to order. I noted in our order that we needed 6 packets of mild sauce. They weren't included in our bag with the 3 crunchy Taco Supremes (with a squirt of sour cream) and the 3 soft Taco Supremes. The snickering done by the 2 at the drive through while looking back at me could be considered elder abuse. Consider educating them, please.
