When our order was being handed to us through the drive through window it ripped and all our tacos went straight to the ground. Obviously an accident! But the employee by the name “Zachary L” (as it was printed on the receipt) NEEDS A RAISE! From taking our order, to replacing it and even throwing in some free taco vouchers and an extra taco with our order, his attitude, personality & friendliness was a 10/10! And quite honestly not something you ever get anymore with any fast food service. We are thankful to have had such an experience!

Been here multiple times and I order the same thing every time the crunch wrap and 3 out of 5 time I come home sick from the food and this last time it drew the line for the last time because it gat both me and my wife sick as soon we gat home

I eat at this particular one in Thomson probably a couple times a week on my lunch/dinner break... I know its always going to be quick and fresh and they have my sweet tea where it seems that everyone else wants to not have any during lunch time!1

So impressed with this location in Thomson, GA. Their inspection rating was 100, plus someone was kind enough to label some of the items so we didn't have to blindly figure out the extra cheese, extra sauce burritos, plus incredible customer service. Great staff!!!

Went at about 1pm. Doors are locked. People inside and the stupid lady told Me to go through the drive thru. I think this is the 2nd time this has happened too me at this same location. Will never go back.

Prices are inflated nearly 100%, compared to other locations in the franchise. There is no reason flimsy, low quality meals/combos from here should cost $12-$15. Entrees that used to cost $3 are now $7/$8, meals that used to cost $5 are now $10.99. Terrible franchise with awful food and horrid prices.
Team was unexpetantly hit with a bus load of teenagers. They held their own answerering questions as they made the large order. Appreciate the team working hard to prepare and fix issues that may have happened.

Save your money. This place will serve you stale, nasty food. I'm so incredibly disappointed. I love Taco Bell, but I absolutely cannot eat the garbage they serve at this particular one.

The worse ever. Food just thrown in the bag any kind of way. Food just thrown in the container and wrappers and not even wrapped all the way. Wish I could add the pictures I just took. Tostada was so messy. Taco supreme did not have sour cream or tomato on it meximelt did not have the extra cheese. Drink was even flat. 13 dollars wasted.

This Taco Bell need to shut down I normally come every week and they yet to get my order right. They are slow, so you would think the order would be correct. Either retrain or get new staff
