When our order was being handed to us through the drive through window it ripped and all our tacos went straight to the ground. Obviously an accident! But the employee by the name “Zachary L” (as it was printed on the receipt) NEEDS A RAISE! From taking our order, to replacing it and even throwing in some free taco vouchers and an extra taco with our order, his attitude, personality & friendliness was a 10/10! And quite honestly not something you ever get anymore with...
I eat at this particular one in Thomson probably a couple times a week on my lunch/dinner break... I know its always going to be quick and fresh and they have my sweet tea where it seems that everyone else wants to not have any during lunch time!1
So impressed with this location in Thomson, GA. Their inspection rating was 100, plus someone was kind enough to label some of the items so we didn't have to blindly figure out the extra cheese, extra sauce burritos, plus incredible customer service. Great staff!!!
