I had come in the middle of a 9 order at once frenzy. I'm a truck driver, a long day, and an even longer week. This was my one "home cooked" meal for the week. I was tired, hungry, and looking forward to something warm. My disappointment must have shown a little more than I meant, but I was polite when asked about my meal. They apologized profusely and offered to remake my meal. I declined, as I needed to get back on the road. They comped the whole meal, which I was not expecting. I tried to tell them I didn't expect that and was willing to pay... I still ate it after all. They were having none of it.
This is how you get a repeat customer, even if the experience wasn't ideal.
And yes, I left a good tip.

If I could give 10 Stars I would. Thank you lie and I'm so sorry but I didn't catch the other server's name, but y'all reminded me that there are still good people out there. I'm very very tired woman, from the bottom of mybutt (because it's bigger than my heart) I thank you.

Was overcharged for every item. Then charged a service and a to go fee. I got scammed so avoid this if you can and go somewhere else there is another Waffle House across the street. . I asked what were the extra charges were was told that’s how they do it now. I tried to call when I got home and noticed they didn’t give me everything and overcharged me. It goes to an automated message. So avoid this place get overcharged on every item. A service fee and a Togo fee and they don’t give you what you paid to much for. Can’t even get food nowadays without being scammed sad
When me and my wife got there it was empty but the staff was extremely fast they clearly cared to deliver us good food in timely manner I do love Waffle House even though they’re not from Texas I’ve ate 3 and this was the best one
