Who doesn't love a good diner?! Waffle House restaurants are all over and they are very consistent with the theming, food, prices, cleanliness, food sanitation, and service. They always do an awesome job! Food is always yum! It's comfort food for sure. We visited a local Waffle House in Thomson, GA. The restaurant was very clean. We received a friendly greeting as we entered. We were seated and served right away. The food was delicious. Service by our waitress Tina was fantastic. Thank you Tina. #WaffleHouseFan

We eat at Waffle House regularly. This place needs help desperately. Two customers when we walked in. Been here over 30 minutes. Just getting food. Three new customers have walked out because could not get served in timely manner.

We had an excellent Sunday breakfast. Our server was nice, polite, and got our order right. The restaurant was clean and the staff seemed happy and friendly. Will definitely go again!
Walked in unit #0460, nobody greeted my husband and I. Not one clean table! I waited for the waitress to get up from the booth she was visiting her friend. Then she slowly cleaned off the table. Customers behind us had to wait as well. After being there for 5 minutes an employee said hello. Food was ok. Poor service!!! And left no tip. Normally we leave a $10 tip.

This guy was sweeping, dropping to the floor to get something under the counter, and THEN GOT UP AND STARTING COOKING WITHOUT WASHING HIS HANDS! He had a pile of trash and touched the nasty floor with his hands while at the same time cooking food for customers!!

Words cannot explain how happy I became when I was told that our check was taken care of. The staff were super friendly, and the food was exquisite. Overall would recommend. We regularly go to Waffle House but this one made our day. It showed us the American hospitality.
