Went there last night. I always hesitate to go to Wendy’s in Thomson, GA just because it’s always something with them. I just like the food. Anyways, I ordered through the drive thru they told me it’d be a wait on all meat. I said okay cool cause I wanted my food fresh anyways. Sat there & waited for 30 minutes. Went & knocked on the door asking where my food was. These folks said “ we were trying to figure out which car this food belonged to because someone else was suppose to come back & get there food “ asked me what food I ordered. Mind you I was the only car out there besides someone beside me that got their food 10 minutes ago. All I ordered was a simple biggie bag. Ain’t no way they brought my food & EVERYTHING was cold. It felt like the hamburger been sitting in the refrigerator the whole time I was waiting. Something has got to change.

The person who I would assume was a manager wearing a updo braided style was very rude. I did a drive thru order and she yelled at me to drive up to the curb and wait for the food but 2 cars behind us got their meals before me. The food was basic, they really need staff to take some customer service classes. Jan. 12, 2026.

Things to work on: 1. Baconator bacon was hard and very dry. And cold. 2. Ran out of diet coke mid stream. 3 Lady came to exchange the cash drawer and spent 5 plus minutes making the new drawer. Held up ordering. 4. Cashier washed hands which is good but walked to the other side to dry hands. Not anything to dry hands on nearby. 5 the men's bathroom has the toilet paper installed in the way of someone using the commode. Needs updating 6. Recommend a corporate training for cooks, food prep, and organization.

Everything about this Wendy's seems unappealing. There was no cars in the drive thru, not 1. That alone should've warned me. I ordered the Asiago Chicken combo, when I took a bite of it, it tasted like it wasn't cooked all the way which would explain why they had my order ready way to fast. I spit up the food. Let's just say one if the worse Wendy's yet

They gave me the wrong order. I drove home before I realized it. I drove back to the restaurant and the manager named Pam yelled at me saying I ordered wrong. She slammed the burger down and continued accusing me that I was wrong. I was afraid to eat the hamburger after all of that. PAM NEEDS To BE FIRED!!!!¡! I PLAN TO CONTACT HER BOSS!!!

Was told to come inside because drive through was rebooting. Waited 30+ minutes for 2 hamburgers. There was no one in drive through when we got there. There wouldn't have been a reason for us to wait so long. We don't even live in the area so unsure if this is normal. No apology for the wait nothing. Also no hair nets and no gloves. Rude and unorganized stay away.
Hands down the worst place in Thomson to get food. Absolutely no customer service and the amount of time you have to wait to get a cold burger that wasn't even what you ordered is ridiculous!!!!! Wendys corporation should close that sorry excuse of a restaurant down! Save your money and your time because the only thing your going to get from that place is angry and disappointed!!!!!!

I pss through here every week and the pst two weeks I came here 4 times they said it would be a 12 min wait not food rdy besides nuggets they walk around playing yelling no hair nets no gloves no nothing they don’t even speak when you come in or nothing I was in there 4 mins before anyone said anything at all
