Beware I-20 travelers. This place is very understaffed and extremely slow. Took 22+ minutes to go through drive through on a Saturday at lunch with an empty parking lot and not many cars in line. Should have left the line like some others did. Ended up being almost $35 for 3 of us….nowhere near worth the wait. McDonald’s is next door.

Service was incredibly slow. Took at least 15 minutes to get 2 Dave’s Singles and Fries and when we got them they were cold. How does that even work? The ketchup containers were empty, there were no cups for ketchup. The floor was littered with trash. Unfortunately I’ve accidentally stopped at this location several times while traveling on I 20 and each time it is about the same, so this is not an isolated incident. Not a quality Wendy’s.

In the several years I've lived here their food has been inconsistent and constantly their credit card machine out of order where they take cash only like tonight. Thought this was a truck stop kind of town. None of the other fast food places seem to have this problem, and yet it's not just the inconvenience of having to pay in cash but the inconsistency in the quality of the food period

Absolutely terrible. Waited over 30 min in the drive thru with only 1 car infront of us only to get all cold food and old fries. Do yourself a favor and go to one of the many other choices around.

My son has been begging me for the Krabby Patty meal so we decided to go get one today. First it took 20 minutes just to order and another 15 minutes sitting at the window. I ordered his food and the rest of our food including mine, which the lady repeated the order (and it had everything i ordered on it). I get to the window, she hands me my two kids orders and then tells me to have a good day. I tell her I missing some items and she proceeds to tell me "oh, I didn't add those to your order. Have a good day" what do you mean? You repeated it back to me and included my food but didn't add it to my order? Needless to say I was too frustrated to argue with her and just left, not getting my order.

They only get one star because I had to choose. I would not go there. They were rude as hell. The lady running the drive thru was picking and choosing the orders she wanted to fill. I hope she hangs her toe on the coffee table. We had to drive off. If you are local or coming in from out of town. DO NOT GO HERE. You’ll have better service with way nicer people next door at McDonald’s. I don’t want you to waste your time like I wasted mine.

We were at our family farm doing hurricane clean up and took a quick break to grab lunch. We hit the drive-thru to make it quicker. It was around 1pm. Yesterday, it was a younger African American woman. She was so extremely nice! I remember telling my husband how kind she was and she was smiling, too! It was a great experience. Today, Hubby went by himself around the same time. He said it was an older woman today, and she was so nice too! It makes things so nice when you've got great customer service. We've been working 8 hrs days cutting trees, and having that 10 minute interaction with these sweet ladies made all the difference! Thank you 🙏

These ladies are providing top notch service. Showed up for an online order, place was swamped due to the dinner rush. Despite being busy and covered up in customers in a hurry, the staff was polite and upbeat. Made sure everyone knew of their status and place in line and assured everyone that they were being served, even if it took a bit longer than expected due to the time of day. Food was great, hot, and appreciated!
Hats off to yall for being accommodating even when some folks don’t understand that it’s not always as quick as 2 minutes. Love!

This has to be the slowest Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. Pulled into the drive thru and waited behind multiple cars for a good minute. Cars were pulling out of line and the one waiting at the speaker let us know that they had been waiting for a while with no answer from the workers. We went inside to see if service was better there. Waited 5 minutes and witnessed the slow pace that they were preparing and taking orders before leaving and just going to McDonald’s next door.

I have to explain my rating. We were at the music fest and left to go sit and eat. Walked in and it was extremely hot in dining room. Asked about AC and got a blank stare. Swung by the drive thru after the show 2nd in line. First car drove away after waiting 10 mins. We waited another 3 before they took our order. Wendy's is usually not like this? I hope it was just a bad day and not the norm
