Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

I contemplated cancelling the order when I noticed how dirty the restaurant was with respect to sticky counters and overflowing/non-existent trash cans. The person taking the order was polite which was the only positive takeaway. They were also out of at least a couple of menu items most notably traditional wings.

I love Zaxbys. This is my first time on this location, and they are really good, but I want to say something about other locations, I like the signature sandwich but I don't like Zaxbys sauce, so every time I other my with not Zaxbys sauce and they make my sandwich plane, not bacon, not cheese I don't get it, if I explain to the person please don't put Zaxbys sauce, but I like to have everything else, and they make it plane. I think Zaxbys needs to train your employees to listen to the customer. And also I miss the club sandwich, you need to bring it back. Anyway, I like Zaxbys and I visit Zaxbys once a week or once every other week.

Delicious Fried Chicken Salads. I had avoided this chain for years assuming it would not be satisfactory food, but because I was in a small town, it was almost the only choice and what my traveling companions wanted. I got salads to go for all. I thought it was a little pricey, but once I ate it, I realized I was very wrong. I am going to try my local Zaxby’s in my town tonight. Now I understand why it’s always so busy!

Stopped here onn the way to Atlanta for a business meeting. I stopped here for lunch. Ordered two.nibblers, large 6 finger plate and fried pickles. The tenders on the nibbles were small and not complete tenders. Its like they took the runts of the batch and put on the sandwich. The coleslaw was just scooped into the box and not in a separate container so of course the fluids reached o to the other food. The fries had no seasoning. Just not a typical zaxbys experience

I believe this is the worst fast food restaurant I have ever been in. The server never said one word, not can I help you to to the total of my food! The tables where absolutely nasty. Water on the floors.The food was terrible. No knives to cut my chicken on my salad.I will never go or recommended anyone to go to the Zaxbys in Thomson Georgia

Rude salesperson in the drive thru. I pulled up to the window and I was told to wait and I politely said ok. Then the person returned say, “Just go ahead with your order.” So I drove off.

Today I observed a concerning situation at the Zaxby's location in Thomson, GA. Despite the extreme heat of 95°F, an employee was stationed outside taking orders in the drive-thru, while only two or three customers were in the parking lot. When I went to place my order, I asked, "Oh, is the speaker broken?" She smiled and replied, "No, ma'am, the speaker is turned off when someone is out here to take your order." I was dumbfounded, as it appeared the task could have been handled from inside the building, where six or so employees were already working. Instead, the drive-thru speaker was turned off, and she was required to stand in this heat.

As someone with more than 10 years of corporate management experience, I would only place an employee in such conditions if it were absolutely necessary. This practice not only poses health risks to the employee but is also inefficient given the volume of customers. There is absolutely no reason she couldn't have been inside performing this task.

I hope this feedback helps in re-evaluating your current practices to ensure better working conditions for your staff. Despite the situation, the employee was very kind and had an excellent attitude, much better than I might have had under similar circumstances.

While there were no issues with the food or the other employees I interacted with, my review is based solely on my observations as a loyal Zaxby's customer.

Store was cooking and serving 1 order at a time in the drive-thru. Never pulled anyone forward to walk out food. Never walked outside to take orders. 1 order at a time at the window. 1+ hour wait in drive-thru thru.

As a truck driver I decided to stop here for dinner before parking for the night. When I walked in I was completely ignored by the two girls working the front for 15 minutes! I had to ask a gentleman working there if they are done taking orders or something. That is when my order finally got taken, keep in mind that I was the only customer at that time in the lobby. The food was hot but I was reluctant to eat it just because the way the two girls kept laughing under their breath about it. I’ll never be back here it was a complete waste of my time.

We stopped to get a late lunch on the way home from the beach and got some zax snacks and it was amazing 10/10 way better than the local zaxbys at home. Service was great, and the food was delicious.
