Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

The food took forever, workers were just playing around in the back while people were waiting on their food, it also took too long probably over 30 minutes then it was wrong, when we brought it to their attention they got it wrong once again.

The women's room had 2 flies and the men's room had 4 according to my son. He said it was disgusting. The women's room didn't look disgusting, but the flies were aggressive. I spoke to the manager and they are trying to address it and he told me the flies are not in the kitchen. I hope not. I had a fry that tasted like it was fried in old oil. I didn't eat any more. My son said his were fine. I wish I had checked the bathroom before I went through the drive through. They better get on this or the health inspector will make them have a really bad day.
Update: no one got sick...

Don't waste your time ordering ahead. Was informed several times my food wasn't ready then 20 minutes later handed my food that was on the counter since I walked in and told oops. Food was cold. They offered to remake it so I waited another 30 minutes.

The place was not clean. The floors were dirty. The tables were dirty. The floor was sticky. The food wasn't what we usually get at other Zaxabys. This was a stopover and we'll just mark this one not to stop at again.

Got nasty, grease hasn't been changed in awhile French fries. Chicken was aiight. Cole slaw was yuck. Weird flavor like it was old. Drinks out of that machine were horrible. It is faster to go inside than to go thru the drive thru. Learned this the last time I was here in the drive thru and it took forever. I will not be back anytime soon.

Unfortunate overall. Cold food, slow service, weak tea. Not up to what we expect from zaxbys when traveling. Will avoid this one in the future.

Restaurant is falling down hill ordered food that tasted burnt due to frying in burnt grease. Customer service is lack luster. They should be ashamed of themselves. This post was made on May 23 2025 around 7pm. There was several cars in line with me I'm positive that are just as happy with their service tonight.

The whole staff working tonight deserves a raise. They were slammed on a Friday night both drivethru and lobby. I received my food very quickly, not only was it hot, fresh, and delicious it had the extra seasoning I requested, the two sauce packets, and the light ice in my drink. The Augusta location is always awful with poor service, rude workers, and even worse food. I will DEFINITELY be returning to this Thomson location. Hands down, the best fast food service I have received in YEARS.

I contemplated cancelling the order when I noticed how dirty the restaurant was with respect to sticky counters and overflowing/non-existent trash cans. The person taking the order was polite which was the only positive takeaway. They were also out of at least a couple of menu items most notably traditional wings.

I love Zaxbys. This is my first time on this location, and they are really good, but I want to say something about other locations, I like the signature sandwich but I don't like Zaxbys sauce, so every time I other my with not Zaxbys sauce and they make my sandwich plane, not bacon, not cheese I don't get it, if I explain to the person please don't put Zaxbys sauce, but I like to have everything else, and they make it plane. I think Zaxbys needs to train your employees to listen to the customer. And also I miss the club sandwich, you need to bring it back. Anyway, I like Zaxbys and I visit Zaxbys once a week or once every other week.

Delicious Fried Chicken Salads. I had avoided this chain for years assuming it would not be satisfactory food, but because I was in a small town, it was almost the only choice and what my traveling companions wanted. I got salads to go for all. I thought it was a little pricey, but once I ate it, I realized I was very wrong. I am going to try my local Zaxby’s in my town tonight. Now I understand why it’s always so busy!
