Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Everytime I order online my order order is either not right or something missing and it’s not the DoorDash driver cause the bag is sealed

I hope You all have taken care of the nasty terrible problem with your bathrooms according to the last complaint 3 months ago. I decided to try zaxby salad after not visiting for about a year now until I read that review. Eeeeew

My bread is almost always burnt and it ruins the meal (kickin chicken)

The worst zacbys I've ever been to. Very very slow kitchen . Food came out cold and nasty after waiting 30 minutes. Plenty of other places to eat close by.

No one at the front to take a order, waited 15 minutes to order and there wasn’t a single other customer in the restaurant, employees standing there talking to people on their phones rather then helping me.

The service was fine...however the bathrooms were truly disgusting and smelly. We had a grilled chicken salad and had to pick several pieces of bad lettuce out.

My order took longer than normal and I was on a road trip. Things happen and Chole at the front handled it very well. I’m a happy customer

I gave my order for a house salad got home with it and the chicken was RAW !

Drove 25 minutes to get 3 salads. Even went inside to order. ONLY TO GET HOME NO CHICKEN IN ANY OF THE 3 SALADS??

The food took forever, workers were just playing around in the back while people were waiting on their food, it also took too long probably over 30 minutes then it was wrong, when we brought it to their attention they got it wrong once again.

The women's room had 2 flies and the men's room had 4 according to my son. He said it was disgusting. The women's room didn't look disgusting, but the flies were aggressive. I spoke to the manager and they are trying to address it and he told me the flies are not in the kitchen. I hope not. I had a fry that tasted like it was fried in old oil. I didn't eat any more. My son said his were fine. I wish I had checked the bathroom before I went through the drive through. They better get on this or the health inspector will make them have a really bad day.

Don't waste your time ordering ahead. Was informed several times my food wasn't ready then 20 minutes later handed my food that was on the counter since I walked in and told oops. Food was cold. They offered to remake it so I waited another 30 minutes.

The place was not clean. The floors were dirty. The tables were dirty. The floor was sticky. The food wasn't what we usually get at other Zaxabys. This was a stopover and we'll just mark this one not to stop at again.

Got nasty, grease hasn't been changed in awhile French fries. Chicken was aiight. Cole slaw was yuck. Weird flavor like it was old. Drinks out of that machine were horrible. It is faster to go inside than to go thru the drive thru. Learned this the last time I was here in the drive thru and it took forever. I will not be back anytime soon.
