Don't waste your time ordering ahead. Was informed several times my food wasn't ready then 20 minutes later handed my food that was on the counter since I walked in and told oops. Food was cold. They offered to remake it so I waited another 30 minutes.

Restaurant is falling down hill ordered food that tasted burnt due to frying in burnt grease. Customer service is lack luster. They should be ashamed of themselves. This post was made on May 23 2025 around 7pm. There was several cars in line with me I'm positive that are just as happy with their service tonight.

The whole staff working tonight deserves a raise. They were slammed on a Friday night both drivethru and lobby. I received my food very quickly, not only was it hot, fresh, and delicious it had the extra seasoning I requested, the two sauce packets, and the light ice in my drink. The Augusta location is always awful with poor service, rude workers, and even worse food. I will DEFINITELY be returning to this Thomson location. Hands down, the best fast food service I have received...
