This is only my SECOND time coming here. It was very underwhelming the first time. This time is no better. Our server passed us multiple times before I loudly asked her to let us order. One steak which was ordered medium came out medium well. The second steak was medium well and it came out done. The medium steak was so tough I couldnāt eat it. The boneless wings we asked for light sauce came out swimming in sauce. The pub pretzels were to tough to chew. And lastly, the mozzarella sticks were burnt. Do better!! Donāt recommend you eat here.

We just came off an 8 hour car journey from Florida. We thought a good burger from Tifton, GA Applebees would hit the spot. ( We were wrong) We ordered the whiskey burger and mushroom Swiss burger. I ordered my beef paddy pink, my husbands was ordered well done. They arrived āswitchedāā¦ mine was well done, his was pink. My burger was so over salted it was inedible. There was 3 micro-thin slices of a fresh mushroom.(?) The bun was slathered in a disgusting thick, brown sauce that reeked of a type Worcestershire sauce. The burger patty was also heavily peppered. My husbands fries were inedibly over salted but he ate his burger because we had nothing else in our hotel to eat. I ordered the artichoke spinach dip with tortilla chips and that was good. That was my dinner! I called the store and the sweet waiter offered me a gift card to compensate for my gross hamburger. I gladly accepted. For 1 mediocre burger and one inedible burger and a chip and dip with door dash, taxes and fees was over $56.00!!! Unbelievableā¦

Iāve watched the decline of this restaurant over the past 5 years. I travel through Tifton 2-3 times a year. Lack of management presence. Dirty windows/doors greet you as you enter. Musty smell (Iām assuming from poorly maintained carpeting) hits you next. No standards or systems. Overall cleanliness is poor. Service is barely better. Iāve waited at the bar for 5-10 minutes before being greeted. Not by a bartender, but by a server. This location no longer has a dedicated bartender. Lack of staffing seems to reflect a lack of sales. Or lack of sales reflects a lack of staffing. Canāt imagine this location will make it much longer. They donāt reflect well on the brand.

Disgusting absoultely Disgusting !! I ordered a shrimp alfredo and what i got was shrimp plus dried pices of meat, veggies, mushrooms and every nasty dried and over burned food that should have been cleaned out before cooking my food ! Also the the sauce was NOT cooked right and it was way too much for the noodles, neithere were the noodles ! It was absolute disaster and im sure a health code violation for having such a dirty dish The waitress insisted to have the manager come speak to me! But the manager never showed up šwhich explains the horriable food quality, i think its a common occurance that the manager gave upš¤¢

My friend and I went there for lunch, but it was very nasty inside. The host was seating us at a booth, at the table, and in a seat. The floor was dirty, so we asked to be seated somewhere else. We moved to the next booth, which was dirty as well. We asked again, and she took her across the restaurant to sit at another booth, which wasn't clean either. At that point, I didn't want to eat there, so we left. This restaurant should have been cleaned before they opened, smh

Stop here while traveling from Florida expecting the same service as we received at other Applebee's location. Service was extremely slow, we waited 5 minutes before we got a menu and silverware. Waited another 10 minutes to place our order. I saw 5 different tables of people waiting for service. Two of the tables got up and left because of lack of service. Staff seemed to be untrained and unmotivated to service the customers. The building was in need of repair also. The food was actually decent when it was finally brought to the table.

Food was phenomenal fresh and hot I have ate here 2 times in last week 10 out of 10 would recommend love the sweet and spicy chicken sandwich š¤¤ amazing service will be going back

I called today asking for donation for a friend who lost her child. Heather was AMAZINGā¦she was able to get something promptly put together for the family. It was truly a blessing. If yall want good atmosphere with good wholesome ppl go check them out and if you have any questions or concerns Heather will be right there to help Heather thank you and the two servers you had on were awesome and kept checking on me while i was waiting.
