We came in with a group of 6 on a Sunday after 1pm. We only waited 10 minutes to be seated. They were clearly understaffed. Have to give it to those that were there, they were doing a great job. We had a nice meal and it didn’t take as long as we thought it would to get our meal.

First of all there was no one to seat you ,the table was sticky the chicken stips were dried out and tasted horrible the waitress disappeared and never came back even after we sent word thru another waitress ,so we sent my food back thru another waitress who then told the manager so now Im fed up with the situation,I leave my husband to wait for manager to come talk to us because I don't want to cause a scene but I was close to it !!!!

Don’t be an idiot like me and assume that when you choose “pickup” and choose “curbside” that they will bring it to your car. There was an option of picking it up inside or having them bring it to your car. I chose bring it to the car. My order was set to be ready at 5:32 PM. I pulled up and waited… and waited… and waited. I am an idiot for waiting as long as I did (until almost 6). I walked inside and there was no one there. There is no way they could know anyone was there for curbside delivery so I’m not sure why it is an option. A waitress came up and I told her the order name and she went away for about 5 more minutes. She came back with most of my order. Had to go back again for missing items. It was cold and the ice was melted in the drinks. So… if you choose to eat here… just walk inside because the option for curbside is not real.

Wife and I Sunday afternoon early evening entered establishment and two girls where standing there talking too one an other and after standing there for about 5 minutes still didn't even Acknowledge we where there, so I said hay ladies can we get seated and the one girl gave us the most nasty look and still Ignored us and went back to bullshiting with her coworker. A young man said he's not a waiter but would seat us Which he did. Mind you there where 5 people in the store and the girl that gave us the nasty look was suppose to be are Waitress after sitting there for 15 minutes like two dummies we got up and left. The look she gave us mite of been a black white thing.??? The white couple next two us left right behind us they been waiting 30 minutes and no even a menu yet. I was warned before going in the store the people working in there are black and don't like white people and I thought that was bullshit till we experienced that are self.

My wife and I been buying on the Applebee like 3 times this month but it will been the last. This people on this restaurant the manager she learn how to lead and communicate with me like I’m her employee or friend she didn’t have any respect to customer she was rude because I tell her than my chicken it was dry and salty and the stake of my wife I ask for medium she make red one and she only take 10 dollars of my bill when is supported to been 15 dollar because I don’t eat that chicken salty. She said than I eat half of the food when I bring all plate of that salty dry chicken. I never buy there again. Nothing please to the owner take advise of this because I saw than she have before a complaint and she doesn’t change at all she is rude and anti Etic manager she doesn’t need to been at that position.

Took 30 minutes to get seated even then waiter was running everywere mass confusion no manger total lack of staff worst experience I have ever had at a Applebee's. Corporate needs to take a visit and see what the problems are. It has turned me off from ever going back to this location. Everyone in the restaurant was shaking there heads and people were walking out after waiting to be seated. .

Very disappointed. initially waitress said 2 for $25 meals came with 2 sides. Ticket reflected $27. Host said it included an upcharge. Mgt supported. I have no problem with extra charge but I do have a problem with being misled. Also requested chicken breast be done but not burned. Needless to say, it was brought to the table burnt. Explained the grill is open flamed and same thing would happen if recooked. Not true. I’ve eaten here before and NEVER had it burnt like that. Not a good experience today. My family and I are a regular at least twice a month but won’t be visiting anytime soon.

We waited for 15 minutes to get waited on. Nobody seemed to know what they were doing. Waitress was slow and not too bright. Said they were out of silverware, so she brought me plastic. We were half done before she brought napkins or silverware. Very slow and bad service. Do not go here.
