Excellent sandwich, great ? service, but for God sakes, bring back the potato cakes! Replacing them with crinkle fries was a catastrophic failure of a decision on a grand scale! Whoever made that decision should be terminated permanently and never allowed back to work for Arby's ever again. There should be a mass mailing to every Arby's across America saying, do not hire this person, not ever! Lack of common sense!

There were only 4 people working, they were all very pleasant and doing their best to get food out as quickly as possible. Man at front I assume was new Mgr said today was his 1st day and would work to get it straightend out. Great food and service.
Food was served fast and hot, but there was hair in my food. Manager had an attitude when I asked for sauce.

Edited ** Disappointed. No inside dinning. We did not eat here because it was driven thru only, and the dining room was closed. This is our second chance to try this Arby's, and it will be the last until the dining room is open. The drive thru was dead, so having the dining room open would have been a plus for them. **Third trip, they are open for dine-in. We stopped and had a wonderful experience. Food is good and service was great!

It was pouring rain and theres was not significant shelter if any all at neither the menu board, order speaker, or pay window. So the entire time from the menu board to the window your being rained. On top of that it took the person forever to finally take our order and when we got to the window to pay soaking wet in our vehicle mind you I asked the attendant(the damn Mgr of all people) a question about a sauce he waved me off twice and then when he did answer the simple questioned he looked me like I was stupid and answered the question acting as if I should've known the answer already. The whole time he's inside dry and threw all this I'm deluged by rain due to their insufficient weather protection. Just a horrible experience from beginning to end. I won't be giving up on Arby's, but I'll never go to that particular location ever again. It's a dictionary definition of lack of customer care and you don't get a 2nd chance to make a 1st impression when it comes to CUSTOMER CARE, atleast not in my book.

Unfortunately they were out of the new Philly cheesesteak when I stopped at this location. I love Arby's and eat there alot but this was bad. The girl at window had zero customer service and when I got home my fries were not edible and old. My tea was not drinkable and they didn't even put my sandwich in the bag. I called but no one answered the phone but I will be taking the fries and drink back for a refund.
