The food was great but the staff was extremely rude!! One employee locked the door because she didn’t want to work anymore so another employee unlocked it so we cld eat.. it was 30mins before close.

I love the food at Bojangles; however, fast service is rarely seen at most locations I've been to. I will definitely return, but only on days I'm not rushing to something.
Love me some Bojangles but every time I come through the drive thru I end up being told to park and wait for my food. These waits are usually 15 minutes+ and usually not during peak hours. I have a very normal order which at a fast food place I could expect to be ready to go, but never at this place. I’d visit this place more often if I wasn’t made to wait so long EVERY time I come here.

When we saw a commercial that the bowls were back, we were happy. They used to be so good. So we stopped by to get one. We requested a grilled chicken bowl with added smoked sausage. The bowl we got was fried chicken, not grilled and they charged extra for the sausage (which they never used to do). We didn’t check the order until we got to our vehicle and didn’t want to wait for a new one to be prepared. Other than that, the service was okay, the food was warm and it tasted good.

$9.19 for something that took 2 minutes to eat. Tricks you to up size your drink, then charges you $1.09 to go from "regular" (small) to the medium. Charges you the one dipping sauce to go with my meal. With tax it's $11.52 for basically for a kids meal from the adult menu and I'm still hungry. Or pay another $1.10 for another chicken finger. And I eat so little, I go to Chipotle for that much and get 2 meals out of it
The biscuits are made too thin fall apart when trying to add jelly. The tables were dirty.

I love me some bojangle. There biscuits are always good. I tried their grilled chicken sandwich. All I can say is it was sooooooo good.
This place is amazing. One of the best bojangles I’ve been to. I’ve only ever been here once, but it was the best experience of my life. And I got heart shaped Bo-berry biscuits.
