Ordered through the app. When I arrived, the food was ready and still hot. Talk about grab n go! No wait. Love the wings!!!

No cook to food extremely long. The waitress had to prepare our food so it was just ok. We waited almost an hour or more for our appetizer. The manager seem to not care at all. He kept trying to not look in our direction. Sucks go elsewhere.

Ordered wings for a Christmas Party. Placed order at 12:30 PM, for a 6:30 PM pickup. Not only was the order not ready, it wasn’t being prepared. The young lady at the register was kind.

Bro, I ordered 10 wings last night (dec 20th, 2025) with med sauce, ate it in my car outside their place and then an hr later, my tummy wasn't feeling so well. I got food posining from those wings I ate. I was on the toilet every five minutes pooping straight liquid and feeling sick to my stomach all night, woke up during my entire night and the next day continuously with the same symptoms. & No it was not a stomach virus. Idk what you guys are doing in the back but whatever it is, it must be very unsanitary.
Just don't. Service slow. Food fried beyond done. Wrong flavor wings. Mozzarella sticks with no cheese in them.

Traveling and ordered takeout. Wish I would've looked at the reviews. Didnt realize they skipped me on 10 boneless wings. Wasted $15 and tip. The kid pointed to where my food was, when it was 2 steps away from him.

Don’t waste your time or money. We got a Togo order and it took almost an hour just for our food to not only be WRONG but cold. Why would it take so long just to be cold. Ordered all flats for our wings, didn’t receive all flats after telling to host TWICE we wanted all flats. Ordered Buffalo tots, was told that’s all we were waiting on for our food and they separated everything in different boxes rather than preparing it together, and everything was ice cold. While sitting at the front waiting for our Togo order a family of 5 stood at the host stand for a good 7-8 minutes before anyone came back to the stand to seat them.. will never be back to this location, very disappointing because we love BWWs

We visited this establishment as a party of five, and unfortunately our experience fell short of expectations. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a quick “How many?” followed by “Would a booth work?” We kindly explained that a table would be more comfortable for our group, and the response was, “But I have to wipe it down.” Although this was not a major issue, the tone felt somewhat dismissive and set the tone for the rest of our visit.
Once seated, the service we received from our server, Jessica, was extremely disappointing. She brought the initial drinks and food to our table but did not set anything down. Instead, she stood holding the tray, waiting for us to take each item off ourselves, even though she placed food directly on the tables of other guests. This created an uncomfortable dynamic and made us feel as if we were being treated differently for reasons we still do not understand. Our kids also had to walk to the bar several times just to request refills on their sodas, because she never checked on our table. The food itself took about an hour to arrive, and the lack of communication or interaction only amplified the disappointment.
For context, and as constructive feedback, servers placing food and drinks directly on the table is a standard of professional service. It ensures comfort, safety, and a positive dining experience for guests. Expecting customers to grab items off a tray feels awkward, puts responsibility on the guests, and takes away from the hospitality a restaurant should provide.
Additionally, communication and interaction are essential parts of excellent service. Simple check-ins, updates, and refills help guests feel seen, appreciated, and cared for. When those elements are missing, especially during long wait times, it can turn what should be an enjoyable visit into an uncomfortable one.
Most importantly, every guest deserves to be treated with the same level of respect and service regardless of appearance, background, or any other factor. Consistency, fairness, and kindness are the foundation of good hospitality. When service varies noticeably between tables, it leaves guests feeling uncomfortable and undervalued.
We share this feedback respectfully and with the hope that it helps the management team address service standards, communication, and guest experience. This restaurant has potential, and we truly hope to see improvements so all customers can enjoy a welcoming and positive visit in the future.

The host was poor at his job. It took a long time for our server to show up. She served our drinks wrong (no big deal) but then she served our food wrong, too. She had a 50/50 chance. Then she brought our bill after we were finished with our meal and then disappeared. We had to have somebody track her down so we could pay.

Dont waste your time coming here. 30 empty tables with an hour wait to be seated. Dont try to use the restroom either.

This has to be the nastiest of any restaurant I’ve eaten at in my 52 years of existence. The men’s bathroom smells so bad from the urine stench it makes you gag. The urinal is broke so there is only one toilet. The floor around the toilet was covered in what I hope was just water but looking at what was on the seat I seriously doubt that’s all it is. The sink was so nasty I felt like for a second not washing my hands was the most sanitary choice. We ordered an appetizer of chips and salsa and after waiting over 20 minutes we started looking at the reviews and immediately got up and left. Don’t worry we had only received our waters so we didn’t stiff them anything and doubt they even realized we had left. If you value your health don’t visit this establishment. Health department needs to visit this location ASAP and shut it down!!!!
