DO NOT EAT HERE. IT TAKES FOREVER AND THE SERVICE IS AWFUL. Whoever runs this franchise needs another job. They were out of everything from soft drinks to chicken tenders. The food was cold when it finally made it to the table after an hour wait. I ordered a beer before the food arrived and finally got it after I was finished eating. (The keg had floated, but the staff was too lazy to swap it out or let me order something else. We watched them fill my cup with foam and wait for it to settle over and over again) The server never refilled water or the kid's drinks. I'll go hungry before I suffer through that again.

I went here last night and sat at the bar. After ten minutes, the bartender asked for my drink. I ordered a soda to which he had to leave the bar and go to a station to get. I then waiting fifteen minutes to try to order and gave up and left. I decided to give them another chance today and went for a late lunch and waited for almost 20 minutes at the door and was never greeted. Maybe the food is good. I'll never know.

I think some of the worst service I’ve ever had. Took an hour to get our food and it came out in increments every 15-20 mins. My burger had literally nothing on it at all when all I asked to remove was cheese and mayo. Instead of remaking it she took another 20 min and brought me a small ramekin with straight up brown shredded lettuce and some mustard packets. My son didn’t even get his food until we were about to leave and my in-laws had eaten their wings before their fries ever even came out of the kitchen. The waitress never refilled our drinks once and forgot requested sauces several times.

Not sure if there was a problem the night I was in there but they had half the restaurant seating was closed off including the outdoor seating so there was a 45 minute wait food was slow to get out of the kitchen and to be honest the hostess are was more like a girls hanging out just talking shit about each other. But the wait staff was working there ass off and it showed in how frustrated they were with things. Decent place don't really recommend unless you really need to watch a sports game or are really in need of wings

Wings were burnt and drenched and cold sauce before being presented to patron. Upon food complaint, staff management suggested ordering boneless to avoid the burnt taste. Staff interaction was aligned with mummified remains from Cairo Egypt. Worst food and service I have received in a long time.

If I could leave a negative star review I would. After a long hard day of work, my friends and I want a beer. The bar tender Ashely, who mind you was very SNARKY and RUDE, took my friends id to the back and refused service. I’m assuming they thought her id was fake. Since when is it illegal to serve someone with a florida id? My friend LIVED in florida and moved to ga recently, which im guessing is why they thought her id was fake. Learn how to check id’s the right way. Horrible service ALL AROUND.
The parmesan garlic sauce was chalky and thick. The soda was flat. The Philly had little meat. The waitress was good. Bathroom and restaurant was dirty.

Tonight was not the night to visit Buffalo Wild Wings. First, it took forever to get my Buffalo Chicken sandwich that turned out to be small piece of chicken on small hamburger bun and hardly any sauce on it. My wife's chicken wings that were cold had more sauce. Then, the hostess told another couple that asked for a booth that they were closed and promptly seated them at a table....Not even 5 minutes later they sat someone in the same booth the customer asked to sit in.

I always have the worst experience with Togo orders. I'd order 30 minutes out from arrival with a '20-30' wait. 90% of the time I'm still waiting 10-15 minutes for my food. Once it was over 1.25 hours after I ordered until I got my Togo order. Absolutely ridiculous.
