“Good day everyone, and happy new year. I just wanted to leave a comment pertaining to the service I have received at this particular location throughout my visits. Traveling from my home state of Florida, I was introduced to this particular location after I would exit I-75 to fuel up, or grab a bite to eat. Instead of driving to the next local competitor, I decided to stop at BK considering I saw more than enough space for parking, and less crowded with vehicles. When I went inside, I was greeted by the employees, and I was even more appreciative of the fact that the lobby was clean. You may be wondering if everything checked out to my liking why I gave this location a 4 star instead of a 5 star. Well I don't mind expressing my opinion. After making several stops at this particular location, I have found that my only issue is the condition of the ladies restroom. I can say there have been times the bathroom was a 10/10, and in other cases 6/10. Overall, I am thankful that my last visit I did however see some improvement. I will go on to say, just as sure as this particular BK is open for service, they will have a customer for sure. Thank you to all the employees for your hard work and dedication much appreciated. “I had an amazing experience at this BK. I went through drive up with my granddaughter to get an ice cream cone. We had Minnie Mouse hair bows in, as we were getting ready for her 4th birthday party. The nice young man at the window told me he liked my hair bows, so I told him we were getting ready for her upcoming birthday party this weekend. He talked to her, as well, and wished her a HBD. He came back to the window a minute later and handed her a $5 bill for her birthday! She was so excited, and it made her day! Unfortunately, I didn't get his name, but I hope he sees this. She couldn't wait to tell her Daddy and Pop Pop!“
