I asked for a fresh made food. The cashier did not understand what I meant. I asked for my food to be made fresh, he did not understand. My food was fresh because they didn't have much pre-made it was fresh. He mentioned it to a girl who seemed to be in charge that he wasn't sure what fresh food meant. I love Burger King but only if it's fresh.

lazy people. They have a schedule that opens at 6 am and they say that they open until 7:20 am, sir, you arrived late.

This is the worst Burger King I've ever been to. The manager waited on me, he took my order at the drive thru speaker, I get to the window and he did not even speak, holds his hand out to take my money, which was my debit card. He never spoke to me once, except when I spoke to him, he gave me a short answer. The top of my hamburger bun had grease all over it, grease was all in the wrapper and on the paper bag it was in. He returned my card but no receipt. I had to ask for a receipt. As I pulled off, I realized he was the same person who was there right before Christmas last year when I went through with my grandbaby and a friend of hers. The girl who waited on me that time was rude and handed me a drink I didn't order when I told her I didn't want it she told me I had to take it. When I refused, she threatened me. I got my food and everything was wrong. It wasn't even for me, it was for my grandbaby and her little friend, special order with no ketchup on one hamburger and something different for the other little child but they gave me regular hamburgers. So I asked for the manager but he was as rude as the girl. I told him I just wanted a refund and he said he would refund my money, but didn't need my card, I handed the bag back to him...my checking account never showed a refund. So I won't go back to this burger king as long as this rude, hateful manager is there. I ended up going to McDonald's to get food for the kids. I don't know how this manager keeps his job. I have been back since the incident last Christmas and did have decent service and the food was decent, and I remember going once when the staff was actually pleasant. But all in all this Burger King is sorry. So I have to attribute it to the one manager who evidently has a chip on his shoulder about something, and half does his job, upholding employees who are crazy and threaten to fight because I refused a drink I didn't order. Honestly it made me wonder if she did something to it and got pissed bc I wouldn't take it, bc she was rud from the start.

Everything tonight was fresh. However, the soda machine area was nasty w slime and mold. The staff was awesome and friendly much better than in the past.

I had an amazing experience at this BK. I went through drive up with my granddaughter to get an ice cream cone. We had Minnie Mouse hair bows in, as we were getting ready for her 4th birthday party. The nice young man at the window told me he liked my hair bows, so I told him we were getting ready for her upcoming birthday party this weekend. He talked to her, as well, and wished her a HBD. He came back to the window a minute later and handed her a $5 bill for her birthday! She was so excited, and it made her day! Unfortunately, I didn't get his name, but I hope he sees this. She couldn't wait to tell her Daddy and Pop Pop!

Been in the drive thru for 20 minutes only one person in front of me and waited half of that at the speaker just to tell the guy 3 times that I had an online order...I'm still waiting as I'm writing this

Tried to order through the drive through. Apparently they didn’t want to take my order. Took half of it and sounded like they were having speaker issues. Pulled to the window and they just looked at me. Never came over and finished taking my order so I left. After sitting in line for 15 minutes. For no reason.
