Tried to order through the drive through. Apparently they didn’t want to take my order. Took half of it and sounded like they were having speaker issues. Pulled to the window and they just looked at me. Never came over and finished taking my order so I left. After sitting in line for 15 minutes. For no reason.

I went thru drive thru this morning on 12/8 because I had my almost 9 month old baby with me lol. I ordered and it was QUICK!! However we all forgot my drink lol so I got like 1 minutes down the road then turned back to go get it when I realized, went inside ONLY because drive thru had like 4-5 cars in it lol and the lady at the counter was incredible. It was 3 people working there and I interacted with 2, the other made my food. And let me just say!!!! BEST food and BEST service in Tifton especially for the short staff problem. Keep up the great work :) (ps I’ve ordered doordash from them the past 4 days I think and it was always great. Had a bad experience with doordash for 2 other restaurants this week)…. Oh also, food was very fresh. Again thank you all and great job!

The absolute worst service slow slow forget everything you ask for takes literally hours to go through the drive thru there is no worse bk than this one. Beyond pathetic.

Went there today around 11:00am. I was the only one in the drive thru and I sat at the drive thru speaker for 10 minutes. When someone finally did come to the intercom, the lady said “can I help you “ in a very rude manner. . Don’t get mad at the customers. Nobody told you to work at Burger King. Poor manners.
Was told that that they could not accommodate my glutten sensitivity. I guess you really cannot really "have it your way." Very disappointing.

I like this burger king better then most of them the foods typically correct and hot. They will forget your sauces and stuff sometimes but not near as bad as the taco bell on 2nd st. I've seen some interesting characters here lol ? from a grumpy looking manager who reminded me of my uncle(he was polite despite his features) to this super peppy guy in the drive through that told me go head with your bad self while I was ordering a whole bunch of food lolol! The people there remind me of my waffle House days!

They were very slow in the drive thru but the night, we had bad weather and some folks' electricity went out; therefore, I'm going to give them the benefit of the doubt and assume it couldn't be helped.
