We waited for 15 minutes on the drive way window and the girl didn’t even acknowledge that there will be any delays. Knocked on the window and she looked and turned her face away! Walked into the restaurant no one says anything and just handed me the food! Absolutely the worst service ever. I don’t mind waiting but you have to talk and say something. Food was so cold as well and the restaurant had one family only. DO NOT GO!!

I decided to try Burger King again today, so I stopped at the one in Tifton ,Ga. The cashier came to register and just stood there looking at me, so I told her to give the bacon king combo. She entered my order, so I put my card in the machine. When it processed , the cash register popped open and she walked away. No thank you no receipt, but she returned and gave me a cup. I took the cup and it was very filthy at the soda machine. The store wasn't busy , so I started looking around and saw about 6 closed boxes on the floor in the kitchen. I knew I had chosen wrong store. After about 15 minutes, I got my food and got in my car. I ate my cold f
ries first and tasted my burger. The worst ever because the bun was cold and the burger had been microwaved. No flame burger and no bacon on the bacon king burger. I will never go back to Burger King.

While traveling through this area, we decided to place an app order for a speedy drive-through experience. Boy were we wrong. It was a medium-sized order, 5 kids meals and just burgers for 3 adults, just over 40 bucks. I found this Burger King on the app about 25 minutes ahead of us and placed the order mentioned above a good ten minutes out, thinking that there should be plenty of time for them to have it ready. As we were pulling into the restaurant I wondered if they were even open because no vehicles were in the parking lot or waiting in line at the drive-through. This should have been a clue. I had to state my name several times for them to find my app order and I began to wonder if there was a problem with the app. Well thankfully, they finally found it and asked me to pull around. As I pulled ahead there were 3 cars ahead of me that I couldn't see until now. After a short wait, we arrived at the window ready to get our food and back on the road. NO. After another short wait, we were handed our drinks and got the dreaded "Can you pull ahead and we'll bring your order out." Oh no, not that. So we had no choice but to pull ahead and wait further. By now, almost 20 minutes had passed since I sent the app order in. After another 5 minutes of waiting outside, I decided to walk inside to see why it was taking so long. Only 3 young people were working and one of them walked out to the parking lot to talk with, what appeared to be his mom. FINALLY, after another TEN minutes, we got our food. Wait a second, the chicken sandwich was missing, good thing I checked. No problem, they were happy to get it after another 5-minute wait. So, the total elapsed time to get this order completed was around 35+ minutes. WOW! So much for "fast food". On the bright side, the food was good.

Ordered on line to be picked up 15 minutes later. Had to wait 15 more minutes after arriving. “Manager”? left her staff to struggle while she took a smoke break. Dining room was full of people waiting and drive thru had people pulling away. 🤦🏻♂️

It took three times for them to get my order right, even though I was the only customer inside and I was speaking directly to the one making the burger. Too much socializing and not enough work going on.

I ordered their buy one get one free chicken sandwich and it had mold on one of the Buns. Just gross!

This is not a good store to eat, my dad went there and could not get waited on, these are rude people, on the phone while trying to wait on customers, if you don't want to work take y'all's ass home.

I ordered two breakfast combos, first of all they pulled me up when there were no people in line. The same lady that took my order also told us to pull up as if there were no other workers. Then it took 15 minutes to get my order, and my hash browns were cold and my biscuit is the size of a kids toy. Worst experience I've ever had this location

Good day everyone, and happy new year. I just wanted to leave a comment pertaining to the service I have received at this particular location throughout my visits. Traveling from my home state of Florida, I was introduced to this particular location after I would exit I-75 to fuel up, or grab a bite to eat. Instead of driving to the next local competitor, I decided to stop at BK considering I saw more than enough space for parking, and less crowded with vehicles. When I went inside, I was greeted by the employees, and I was even more appreciative of the fact that the lobby was clean. You may be wondering if everything checked out to my liking why I gave this location a 4 star instead of a 5 star. Well I don't mind expressing my opinion. After making several stops at this particular location, I have found that my only issue is the condition of the ladies restroom. I can say there have been times the bathroom was a 10/10, and in other cases 6/10. Overall, I am thankful that my last visit I did however see some improvement. I will go on to say, just as sure as this particular BK is open for service, they will have a customer for sure. Thank you to all the employees for your hard work and dedication much appreciated. Till next time, you rule!

This should be a zero review! When I tell you the drive thru worker was so rude! We make it halfway through our order and got tired of her cutting us off before we decided to just leave. Our money can be spent better! Don't waste your time going. Everyone has bad days, but controlling emotions are important!
