I’m really disappointed with the Captain D’s in Tifton, GA. Their posted hours clearly say the dining room is open until 10 PM, but when I showed up around 9, the doors were already locked and the dining area was closed. If you’re going to close the dining room an hour early, you should be honest about it on your website and signs. It feels like false advertising and terrible customer service. I wasn’t trying to dine in after closing — I was there with plenty of time, only to be turned away. Super frustrating and unprofessional. Don’t tell customers one thing and do another.

We’re out of town on vacation and went in there today for the first time the cashier Regina was very professional. The staff was very professional. The food was really really good. Definitely would you recommend this place came out fast and was very clean.

I pulled up to this restaurant at 9:53pm and sat there in drive thru until the girl came on the speaker and said we are currently not taking orders, I asked what time so yall close? Its 6 minutes till 10p and I said I will make sure I leave a review then she said hold on a minute, I left and went next door to cook out the end
Agree with the other folks. Order chicken with sweet and sour , get home and guess what … no sweet and sour. Yep it’s on the receipt. That’s not good. Customer service
