Staff are bad about leaving condiments out of your order, even after you have told them several times and it's even printed on the bag ticket to put the requested items in the bag. Customer service needs improvement, especially employee attitudes when giving order out the window and when ordering. Do not rush the customer with ordering. The angle of the pole with speaker in relation to menu needs improvement. Cannot see menu adequately to order. Food was good so that is a plus, would of been even better with our tartar sauce, cocktail sauce, and malt vinegar.

We did a mobile order for 6 people that had zero errors(this is rare these days). Quite possibly the best mac and cheese I've ever had from any restaurant, ever, in my 40+ years of living. All the food was amazing. The people were very polite. Definitely recommend! 5 stars just isn't enough for this fantastic Captain D's!!

If this were everyone's first experience with Captain D's they would never have repeat customers. The people working here must be on some type of court-ordered work program. The conversations these people have where customers in the restaurant can clearly hear them would make Cinemax seem like the Disney Channel. Place is due for an attitude realignment.
The only reason most people go there is convenience and no other fish restaurant choices in town. It definitely is not for the customers service and good food.
Wheelchair accessibility: Two handicap spots right at the driveway entrance. Ramp is rather steep.
