Food was great and all but we ordered on the app and the card didn’t work on the app so when we pulled up we realized and tried to get them to run it in person one of your servers blonde hair decided to ignore us say it declined. After a minute we got her to finally run it again and she rolled her eyes and it went through in person I have always had good service but today really put me off will go back of course but didn’t appreciate the attitude

Always great food, service is lightning fast, we could barely sit before the food was brought out to us. Definitely a good Chick-Fil-A.
If you want food from here for lunch, order through the app and pick it up inside! At least when you order through the app you aren't waiting in a line for 20+ minutes, or even worse, straight up stuck in a drive-through that you can't escape for 40+ minutes. The only reason I still come here is the quality of the food. They've even started taking ketchup out of the condiment islands, so you're forced to try and get someone's attention when you need something as simple as that. The cracks are starting to show...Parking: Good luck finding a parking spot during lunch; you better find it the first time around too! If you don't, they make you leave their lot and go back on the road since they have cones limiting accessibility.
AVOID THIS LOCATION LIKE THE PLAGUELike many others in this part of GA, we’re on a road trip. The drive through line took just under AN HOUR to get through and once you’re in it, there is NO way to escape it.Of course, the food was ice cold once we got it.I understand they’re busy, but they desperately need to figure something else out on how to handle their busy times. We could have gone to a real restaurant, had freshly prepared food, sat down, and been served in the amount of time we spent sitting in this drive through line and wasting our gas.To compound matters, employees were moving lazily at turtle speed and made zero effort to expedite the movement of the line. It was extremely frustrating.We also just realized they put no cream or sugar in the bag or in our coffee. So we paid for two coffees we can’t drink. Unreal.

Superior service! We stopped here after traveling for 15 hours en route to Florida for spring break. Starving, we ordered food for carry out and headed to our hotel. When we got to our room and began to eat- we noticed we were missing an order. I called the store just expecting a credit for the missing food, but they immediately offered to bring us the missing food to our hotel! They were literally there in 10 minutes with the fresh food! Well done Chick-fil-a!!

Not as good as other locations. Food was not hot or as fresh. Missing the cheese and then told they could not warm up the cheese they found. Super busy because it is right off the Interstate. Have been there a few times. It is hit and miss.
