My wife was hosting a wedding shower and ordered 10 large chicken salads from another location. Early Saturday am, she realized her order was not correct, and would not work for her event. Desperately she took a chance and called the location in Tifton, GA, mind if you say well before they opened. The nice lady that answered the phone, told me I was good and she could make it happen. I did not get her name, but she was amazing!!!!!! Thank you Chicken Salad Chick Tifton GA, for saving the day!!!!

Not busy at all, ordered the smallest order imaginable for take out, some pimento cheese, mac and Cheese and that is all and waiting more than 30 mins for it. Not a good choice for a quick stop on a long journey!

The service was great and the food was even better. I went on a Saturday afternoon and it was quiet. The croissant sandwiches are my favorite.

Extremely clean restaurant from front to back including the restrooms!!! That matters.
The staff was excellent and the food was fantastic!
We were traveling when we made this stop choosing this restaurant for some lighter fare other than heavy burgers and fries while sitting in the truck heading down I-75 south.
The restaurant offers numerous Fantastic choices for either sit down dining or to go takeout
We will be making this a repeat stop now.

Quaint, small restaurant with easy access from interstate.
Not busy when we arrived, and there were no customers at order counter including no employees.
We could over hear conversation from the back of the counter wall as we waited to place our order for Approximately 10 minutes.
Wife actually went behind the counter to get employees attention to come out and take our order.
Young lady came out, without any apology, with attitude, what will you like to eat question.
Oh well, we ordered and sat in a booth waiting our order.
Food came out and I ordered soup and two scoops chicken salad,
Wife ordered chicken salad sandwich with soup.
Both soup order was not even warm, cold.
Sent back to kitchen to be cooked or microwaved. Not sure
Chicken salad ordered was good.
We have mixed feelings about this particular Chicken salad chick location. We normally received very professional service in the past at other locations, just not this location.
Would probably go back, but may just go to a Cracker Barrel or Denny's.

They catered an event for me this past weekend. not only was the food delicious, but it was also delivered on time and placing the order was seamless via phone call. There was plenty of food at a reasonable price. If you are having an event and need some good food at reasonable price. I highly recommend them.

This place is awesome! This was our first time coming here and I got the turkey club with a side of pasta salad. When I open up the box, I see a pickle and a cookie I didn’t even ask for. Both were great! The pasta salad had good flavor and the turkey club had very good turkey and mustard that brought it all together. I also got a strawberry lemonade for a drink and it had good strawberry flavor. We had an order for 4 people, to go, and everything was out together quickly for us and out in a bag with silverware. This place is great and will definitely be coming back.

I love the buffalo barclay melt on croissant, with that good ole mac n cheez! Eat it all the time!
If I could I would give more than 5 stars for service. My sister and I were having a girls night last night and decided to eat here. We had no idea that they closed at 7:30. We got there maybe 5 minutes before they were to close and they gave no indication of it! We sat down and the girl who gave us our food asked if we were drinking tea, I was and she said she would get me another cup for a refill. I was beyond confused on why that was needed. My sister looked up the time and saw they closed in one minute! We felt so bad and asked if we could get a box to go so we wouldn't hold them up. The girl was beyond sweet and said no and for us to take out time. We felt no pressure and was treated so kindly. We still felt bad and will be more mindful of the future! But more than 5 star service!!

“Chicken Salad Chick: A Religious Experience (With Mayo)”
Five stars is not enough. Chicken Salad Chick deserves its own Hall of Fame, national holiday, and possibly a place in the Bible. I walked in expecting a simple sandwich, and what I got instead was a life-altering experience that I’m 90% sure cured my trust issues.
First off, the menu is wild. They’ve got more chicken salad flavors than a reality show has drama. I went with the Buffalo Barclay because if I’m eating chicken, it might as well punch me in the mouth with flavor—and boy, did it deliver. It was like a spicy little chicken angel karate-kicked my taste buds.
And the croissant? Don’t even get me started. It was so buttery and flaky that I briefly considered proposing to it. Honestly, I don’t know what kind of deal with the devil they made to get it this perfect, but I’m here for it.
Now, let’s talk sides. I got the grape salad because I thought, “How good can grapes even be?” Oh, sweet summer child. These weren’t just grapes—they were super grapes, coated in some kind of creamy ambrosia sent straight from the heavens. I wept. Like, actual tears.
The staff? Absolute gems. They were so nice I started wondering if I accidentally wandered into a family reunion. One of them called me “sweetheart,” and I’m not saying I’d die for her, but I’d probably take a light punch to the face.
In conclusion, Chicken Salad Chick isn’t just a restaurant—it’s a transformative journey. Go there. Order everything. Prepare to have your soul gently cradled in mayo-coated bliss. Five stars, but only because they don’t let you give six.
