Well after waiting 15 mins for the food to be brought out...and making it half way to my destination looked and my box and it's definitely not what I ordered...turned around proceed to let them know it's wrong just to told I'd have to wait another 20 mins because there wasn't any spicy chicken down....why not say that in the beginning and it would have been ok while I'm waiting the first time ....make no sense

So my son loves yall! It is almost a weekly Friday after school treat. He says he need churches once a week or he won't be right. Lol. I don't know what yall put in the spicy 3 piece but we will keep getting 2 everywhere w them mouth watering honey butter fresh butter biscuit. omg thank yallParking: Parking is easy, but I roll thru the drive thru.. They are pretty fast. Plus, there really aren't any seats inside.

This is my second time visiting this place, the first time it was a little better. The place was not very clean. The food was not fresh. The employees were arguing in the kitchen and it was unpleasant. The place was full of cisona smoke. I would prefer not to return to this place in this location. I have visited other places in this restaurant chain with better quality of food and service. For example: I really liked the one in Kansas.Parking: It doesn't have many spaces.

Had to wait 30 minutes for spicy chicken. I didn't mind that because my chicken would be nice and fresh. When I got my chicken and drove back home every piece of my chicken was HARD. My twin sons could not even eat it. If I would have got just 1,2,or 3 pieces hard it would have been ok but I had a 20 piece box and every one of my pieces of chicken was hard. To drive 20 miles just to get your favorite Chicken and when you get home to find it hard is just wrong. Do better Church"s Chicken!
