Night shift is completely INCOMPETENT , DISRESPECTFULL, and full of nothing but attitude. Everytime I go during night shift hours it’s something! I asked for light ice ,they gave us extra ice , I told this lady 4 TIMES bacon wrap with no ranch, shouldn’t be that hard right?? And she kept saying chicken wrap with no lettuce , and I kept telling her no bacon wrap no ranch . I even tried verifying with her and she caught a attitude with me and said “ yeh I got it , just pull up” and guess what she didn’t have it, she had an attitude when we pulled up at the window . Is this really the type of people yall hire? Completely disrespectful completely incompetent! And guess what she gave me a chicken wrap with no lettuce. After I tried to verify it . And she caught an attitude, if she wouldn’t have been a know it all and actually LISTENED. This wouldn’t of happened .

Great service! Not super busy. I got the Out West style burger and hush puppies! It was super tasty! The variety in food options is stunning and super fun, it feels like I'm eating something made at home! Prices are amazing compared to other fast food joints.

They messed up my order entirely, I asked for lettuce on all 3 of my burgers. Only 2 of the 3 burgers got lettuce, however they still have lettuce because there was lettuce on the 2 chicken wraps that I ordered. On top of that, they screwed up the sauces that were supposed to be on the burgers. The lady working the drive thru clearly didn't want to be there. She was either angry or upset. She didn't listen to a word I said so I had to repeat myself multiple times. I've been here a few times and have never had this problem. My drinks were also wrong, I'm very disappointed with this visit to cookout.

Waited in drive thru and the car in front left, we waiting at-least 3 min and got nothing so we decided to try inside and there were already 3 people waiting ahead. Waited about 5 min and the lady in the front left complaining they never acknowledged her. Then literally everyone in line including us left. Tried the drive thru again and still nothing so we finally just left. The staff sucks! They were talking to each other but couldn’t even acknowledge customers to tell them to wait. The quality of staff present was enough for me to not even care to speak to the manager. To be clear in the 15-20 min we waiting to not even be acknowledged, 5 customers left from the inside and drive thru with zero acknowledgment from the staff. Can’t imagine how many leave throughout the day. Robots get the job done and you don’t even have to overpay them or deal with their bitter attitudes, just saying cookout! It was 7:30 pm and wasn’t even busy. No excuses just mediocrity at its finest!

The only reason I gave it 2 stars was because the people working were friendly and attentive. The food was bad! Over cooked burgers, undercooked fries, milkshake was fair at best. The place is so dark and sparse. We stopped on our way through town after seeing Billboards. Don't bother
