Waited in drive thru and the car in front left, we waiting at-least 3 min and got nothing so we decided to try inside and there were already 3 people waiting ahead. Waited about 5 min and the lady in the front left complaining they never acknowledged her. Then literally everyone in line including us left. Tried the drive thru again and still nothing so we finally just left. The staff sucks! They were talking to each other but couldn’t even acknowledge customers to tell them to wait. The quality of staff present was enough for me to not even care to speak to the manager. To be clear in the 15-20 min we waiting to not even be acknowledged, 5 customers left from the inside and drive thru with zero acknowledgment from the staff. Can’t imagine how many leave throughout the day. Robots get the job done and you don’t even have to overpay them or deal with their bitter attitudes, just saying cookout! It was 7:30 pm and wasn’t even busy. No excuses just mediocrity at its finest!

The only reason I gave it 2 stars was because the people working were friendly and attentive. The food was bad! Over cooked burgers, undercooked fries, milkshake was fair at best. The place is so dark and sparse. We stopped on our way through town after seeing Billboards. Don't bother

Food is awesome but be ready for rude service. I wont be returning to this location ever again. The drive thru attendant rushed me and my family of 4 through our order. Upon picking up our order at the window we were asked as soon as we were handed the bag if anything was missing but weren't allowed time to check because while I was looking through the order I stated we were still checking she asked me to pull away from the window to check so she could take other customers. My husband was driving amd drove off because he's not one to deal with the attitude and we were missing sauces and napkins. Bad customer service. Won't be returning.

They are so short staffed. Waited 45 minutes from when we approached the counter to when we received our food. Management should consider increasing wage so they can attract more employees.
The team behind the counter was really working hard, but there was no way they could keep up.

every worker was very rude during my experience. i was at the speaker box rudely got interrupted mid order sat there from 5 mins. had to repeat at least 10x what each burger was wanted. also didn’t get rung up right for the correct number of items. all 3 “huge sweet teas” were unsweet. i go inside to pour sweet tea in it also waited in line to get my missing food. waited 10 mins in line for her to tell me i need my receipt also was told rudely they were fixing the teas. then asked for ketchup i waited she proceeded to take the next customers order after saying you can get it when you come back and show your receipt. absolutely horrible do better
