Who ever is the manager for the Night Shift should be ashamed of their self! The food took forever to get there is people on their phones talking/texing the lines were backed up. I told them my order a few different times. They still did not get it correct then when I told them they didn’t have it correct they gave me an attitude Extremely disrespectful people working here. also, the food was overcooked. I suggest you hire some better employees.

1 hour and 15 minutes for 3 trays and 2 shakes with the shakes being delivered 20 minutes after the food. Staff left the girl at the front to fend for herself. Meanwhile drive through never waiting and everyone else got their food inside who ordered before and after us. Staff was rude except for the girl up front. Wouldn't recommend.

Food was below average, burger lacked flavor, cheese must have been unwrapped, chicken nuggets ranked below MCDS, and the 2 shakes were not good! This place will not be open in 10 years! Only good thing all that for less than $20.00

Good food although they missed part of my order. Like most drive thrus you are a little rushed, but the food was definitely delicious
The portions were smaller than the ones I’ve had at other locations. Staff was welcoming and patient. It was slow while we were there

Speaker not working at the drive thru, manager giving me an attitude for asking for honey mustard. Oh and also asking for the corndogs I ordered but the guy at the register who obviously was not paying attention to what we were ordering. All around terrible experience, could have been salvaged but the lady that was manager decided I didn't need to be treated with respect like you would expect any human being to be entitled to. Let alone a paying customer. Maybe just listen to customers and if you have a question about the request ask it. I didn't ask your opinion about my request I simply spent a ton of money at your establishment and wanted a couple of sauces for each of the multiple meals we bought. Cookout is big here in NC and we don't get treated that way even though they aren't exactly perfect here either. Wish I could have got her name because I think someone needs to be restrained on customer service and or sent packing.
