Went here on a Friday and Saturday night I felt rushed the entire time and both of my orders were incorrect the only plus is the food was fresh.

I waited in the second drive-thru line for 15 minutes. Nobody ever came on the speaker and I watched as every person in the first drive-through line went through as normal. So I drove around and went inside instead and I stood at the register for 20 minutes and nobody ever came up to the register to see me. So I left.

We went to try the infamous milkshakes. They didn’t have strawberry so…. But we tried banana pudding, peach, banana nut, pineapple and Oreo. Didn’t give much of a milkshake taste. The banana pudding tasted like banana and cookies with soft serve ice cream. The peach tasted like peach fruit cup inside of ice cream and the pineapple was simple. The server was very nice and friendly. We waited about 10-15 minutes for our “milkshake” but overall the experience was ok.

Cashier took our order and asked what condiments we wanted. After they give us our food, then they tell us they don't have ketchup for our corn dogs and fries. The bathroom floor was wet and slippery. Will not be going back to this particular location.Wheelchair accessibility: There is handicapped parking available.

The Cajun fries just had some seasoning sprinkled on them, they didn't tell us that they had ran out of ketchup until after we got our food, the bathroom floor had soap on it causing me to almost fall down. The best thing I had was my drink.

This place is terrible. I’m not sure how it stays open with the quality of staff there…The girl behind the counter comes flying out claiming my husband hit her car with his truck. Clearly just wanted money we didn’t have. Momma wanted a new car but no Mam Sam. Stated that her car was dented. I told her that’s the reflection of the parking line (it was wet on the ground). She comes over realizes yes there is no dent and is in fact just a reflection but is still screaming that he hit it. Things this uneducated food service didn’t realize: my husband had a backup camera ? Also a truck his size absolutely would have dented it and there would have been WHITE paint transfer. We didn’t even get to order. We just left. I tried to be nice and talk to her even though my husband was rightfully mad. She still had the attitude even though she was wrong. A I’m sorry I was mistaken would have went way further but her pride wouldn’t allow it. Don’t go here. The staff is ridiculous. Also my small son was present when she decided to launch her verbal assault on us. A disgrace to the franchise.

Employees were rude. We were over charged. The manager was miserable and unkind. Not just to us, but to other customers and employees. (I saw her get on to an employee for giving a customer 2 sauces instead of 1) The food was decent. It did take them 3 times to get our order right (double cheddar burger with no mayo...not complicated) Also, out of lids for small drinks.
