I haven't stopped at a cracker barrell in years. It was a road trip staple growing up. This was a letdown. They are not upkeeping this one well, and the food just wasn't good. Even our coffee was bad. The waitress was a bit short an non attentive.

We’ve eaten at this Cracker Barrel for years going back and forth to Florida. Tonight the staff at the front desk was very confused and disorganized leading to a big back up. When we were finally seated we were told they were out of silverware, steaks, and the nightly special of ribs. The bright spot of the night was Leslie our waitress. She rounded up clean silverware and provided good service. We stuck with the old favorites since it appeared the kitchen was over taxed. The chicken and dumplings, corn and green beans were just OK. The beans tasted right out of the can, the corn was overcooked and the chicken and dumplings was watery. I wanted to try the new special strawberry ice box pie but didn’t when I was told it would take 15 minutes to thaw. I wish Cracker Barrel would go back to the comfort food they used to do so well instead of trying to compete with other restaurants with trendy new items.

We ordered our breakfast through a delivery service. They had nothing to do with this experience. I've always their breakfast, but it will be years before I eat their food again. Our eggs were runny, bacon was almost raw even though we ordered crispy and the gravy was like water. Biscuits tasted bad also. I've been sick ever since. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!

Service people. A lot of times it's all about the service if service is bad then it will pull the food and atmosphere down with it.

The service was wonderful but the food was bad and looked like it was a frozen TV dinner. If you remember those...

We normally really enjoy Cracker Barrel, but were very disappointed on this visit. They were out of a number of menu items, and this was during lunch time. We got three different menu orders, and there was something wrong with each of them. French fries were not cooked, hashbrowns were mushy, bacon was like jerky.

Placed a curbside to go order got there 30 minutes after it was placed sat there for 40 minutes so that was a total of an hour and 10 minutes finally called. They had lost our order and then it took another 20 minutes to fix our order then get home And we had no biscuits or cornbread did not have our sauce that we ordered to go with our chicken it was just a big mess so after waiting an hour and almost an hour and a half and then missing bread and sauce so highly disappointed.

Stopped here a handful of times over the years, going to/from Florida for vacations. The wait is always slow to get food. Took over 50 minutes tonight, on Valentines, with only 2/3 of the restaurant seats/tables being used. Half the food was cold, when we finally got it.
