I haven't stopped at a cracker barrell in years. It was a road trip staple growing up. This was a letdown. They are not upkeeping this one well, and the food just wasn't good. Even our coffee was bad. The waitress was a bit short an non attentive.
We’ve eaten at this Cracker Barrel for years going back and forth to Florida. Tonight the staff at the front desk was very confused and disorganized leading to a big back up. When we were finally seated we were told they were out of silverware, steaks, and the nightly special of ribs. The bright spot of the night was Leslie our waitress. She rounded up clean silverware and provided good service. We stuck with the old favorites since it appeared the kitchen was over taxed. The...
We normally really enjoy Cracker Barrel, but were very disappointed on this visit. They were out of a number of menu items, and this was during lunch time. We got three different menu orders, and there was something wrong with each of them. French fries were not cooked, hashbrowns were mushy, bacon was like jerky.
