I went through the drive thru at 15 minutes until closing. Instead of having a "hurry to and get out" attitude, I was greeted by a friendly voice, and a recpmmendation for a different combo based on my order. When I got to the window, I was greeted with a warm smile. When I got my food, I was cautioned that the fries just came out of the grease and to be careful.Service like that makes me notice, but service like that at closing is even more impressive. Great job!

We got three triple bacon ? ? ? cheese burgers ??? and the bacon was barely browned and was still pink and rubbery... It was highly uneatable to put it nicely, who ever cooked the burger definitely didn't do their job. But the service at the window and the taking of the order was good...

I arrived with my phone in jabd to pay for my order.. we'll dairy queen doesn't accept venmo and that's All I had to pay with on my phone . THANKFULLY one of the workers (Ashley) also has venmo and had her card.. she allowed me to venmo her my balance due then she swiped her card to pay for my order!! Had it not been for her, I wouldn't have been able to pay for my order and I would have had some disappointed folks waiting at home!!

Ordered a “hot fudge” sundae. It was pre-frozen. Ice cream hard and “hot” fudge was frozen. Soft serve ice cream isn’t supposed to be frozen hard and hot fudge isn’t supposed to be cold. Threw it away….
