Every time I have gotten food from here, it has always been exactly right and very good! This is my first bad experience. The sub I always get is the Turkey Bacon Ranch, which is a hot sub. That thing was ice cold. I managed to get through the smaller half from where they cut it, but I couldn't do the rest of it

I came into firehouse with my gf and the people especially a young kid named jakarius were so rude to us as soon as we walked in they acted like we were a inconvenience to them by being there I’ll take my business elsewhere

Subs are delicious, service in drive thru is fine, but be prepared to wait subs are made fresh. If you call ahead for pick up they will put you on hold because staff can't take a phone order. So best to go in person, haven't tried ordering online.

Bought sandwiches for my son and myself on June 1st. We were both sick. I was sick for 2 days. Even the dog who ate some of our bites got sick. I will never eat there again, maybe not any Firehouse Subs. And I hate that because it was one of my favorite sandwiches.
