My wife and my daughter ate at Fresco on Tuesday May 6th. They were celebrating my daughter’s Honors Night. The food was decent. The service was very subpar. The hostess forgot about them after a party of 10 arrived. Then some people who arrived after got there food first. This is NOT good customer service. My family and I have been invited back in the future to give the staff another chance. I am not sure at the moment because I remember the same restaurant not offering...
The food is very good, even compared to big cities with more resources and experience in fine dining. Recommend the steak and seafood. The steak is better than many cuts I’ve had in other major cities. However, the service is okay - the staff are generally polite and attentive but are not well versed in this kind of setting. The live music is a nice touch, but it is insanely loud. Would be so much better if it was background material instead of preventing you from talking.
Firstly, it looks nice in there. There’s a nice lobby area to wait and inside is a relaxing atmosphere that has plenty of seating. It looks clean. Second, the service was great. The waitress was nice and great on checking up on us whenever we needed anything.
My disappointment was with the entrees we ordered. Each of them were in the 20s price wise (no salad). We got a primavera and lasagna. Immediately when we got them, we realized how watery they were. The sauce barely...
