Golden Corral Buffet & Grill

The place looked run down. It was nasty when I walked in but it was late Sunday and I figured they had just been busy. Food was great and cooked with a southern flavor. Steak tasted good but had a lot of grizzle. Pot roast was delicious and I went back for seconds. That's when I spotted the baby roach 🪳 and then another one 🪳 crawled out from under the tray. I probably should have said something to the manager but was very tired after a long drive and figured they already knew about it anyway.

Went in on a Sunday about 6 pm and all the food was empty on the buffet mostly. Or it looked old. Got a few items and mostly wasn’t warm. Didn’t eat anything and left. The air seemed very dense to say in there. Like static. The ceiling tiles are nasty above the buffet. Health score was a 83 or 88. Crazy.

My biggest problem with this place is that they put the fresh food on top of the older food that people have picked through and pices pf the surrounding food gets in it . The managers excuse was absolutely ignorant.
I'm done with them I get sick everything i eat here and this is probably why. Should have asked for a refund I just could barely eat.
I do like the bread pudding!

I walked in to a section that had a few tables that were finishing their meals. No signs as I entered. However, once those people left, the servers closed that section. I was unaware of that until they told someone that the section was closed and I looked up to see that I was the only person remaining there eating. Two servers walked past me several times, greeting and serving everyone else in the area. One of them made eye contact with me multiple times and the other did not even look my direction. The two of them never said a single word to me. They didn't even approach my table until I went to the buffet line. That's when they would refill my water. Yes, it's 2025. But, this is still south Georgia.

Absolutely great experience beginning to end.

As a truck driver I dont always have the convenience of being home on thansgiving with my family to cook my own meal. Im so grateful to golden corral for not only being open, but having fantastic service, and delicious food.

The turkey was hands down the best ive ever had. Green bean casserole, rolls, sweet potato casserole, mashed potatoes with gravy and rolls were All top tier and better than expected.

Our server Brooke was quick with refills and a smile.

Every golden corral in the nation should function like this.

Thank you for a spectacular meal to make this homesick driver feel a little bit of holiday joy today.

I love our trips to Tifton because we get to eat @ Golden Corral The food has never let us down. The staff are the best by far in my opinion. If you've never ate here give it a try! Our waiter was Michele and she was so sweet! Thank you so much Michele you have the sweetest smile! Thank you for your hard work it didn't go un-noticed. 😁
