Combine a dirty restaurant, unmotivated employees, and food that no longer hits the mark is a failing business model. Ever since hardees went to that yellow bun their food has not tasted very good. When the soda fountain shoots syrup in the opposite direction of carbonated water, well, you make a judgment 🤔

If I was a local I would go back. Ask for a refund. The food was horrible. I ordered a 5 piece and they shorted me. The Nashville hot sandwich also was ordered. Not very flavorful. The soda was flat. On the bright side I was able to fill up with gas. Save yourself the money. Eat something else

At every location, this is still why I hate them all. At least McDonald's and any other fast food chain will make something fresh when you requested. But every time I go to a hardee's they never do, and there's always a small excuse of why they can't. I just wanted a two piece tender, and I couldn't even get that. It's just never a good experience for me.So I will never be going ever again, this was the last time. Their food it's just not worth it.

Food is actually decent, although when I arrived the soda machine was out of order. Customer service was exceptionally slow (took 12 minutes to have my milkshake ready) & the cashier who took my order seemed overwhelmed. Despite it being inside a Love's truck stop off I-75 and being close to dinner time it actually wasn't super busy.
