The breakfast is good when you can get it. Half the time when I visit this location, the door is locked and the dining room is closed. When it is open, there is no one working the front counter so wait times are long. So many people see the long line or find the door locked and just leave. This location would have so much more business if they would staff it appropriately.

Dead-eyed cashier with blank stare mumbled all her words, didn’t even make an attempt at customer service. Order was wrong, despite having been mumbled back to us correctly. Bacon cheeseburger ended up regular cheeseburger with lettuce and tomato missing, kids cheeseburger ended up as plain hamburger with no toppings. . Would give the food zero stars if it would let me. Burger patties were cold and unappetizing, buns were dry. Fries were not fresh.This despite the fact that the Restaurant was not busy with only one other customer inside and one in drive thru. Most of the staff was standing around chatting.

There were 3 cars in line. It took the 1st car in front of me, 10 minutes to get his order. I ordered a small burger with cheese. Meanwhile, the car behind me drove off. My burger bun was rubbery like it had been nuked and cold. That was a waste of 30 minutes of my life, I'll never get back... I highly DO NOT recommend this Hardee's...

Rude employees slow getting food to people I really don't wanna give them a single star they were so nasty with attitude and service never go to this Hardee's in tifton ga hwy 82 ever again throwing people's food and money on the counter totally uncalled for and unacceptable
I travel for work and I am currently staying in Tifton. This is the absolute worst Hardee's I've ever been to. I have gone 3 times and was only able to get food the last time. The first was breakfast. I went well after they had opened and was told they wouldn't have anything fried for 15 minutes( chicken biscuit). I thought, ok, problem with the fryers, maybe, not a big deal. I went back a few nights later. There were no cars in the parking lot and one car ahead of me in the drive-through. After 10 minutes, yes, I did check the time, I drove off. Last night around 7pm, I decided to give them one more shot. No one in the parking lot, and I was the only one in the drive-through. I ordered 2 Frisco burgers, my favorite. After 24 minutes, I finally got them. The bread was cold and tough like it had been sitting for a lengthy time, and the patties were dried out. Do not waste your time or money. The Hardee's in Douglas is top notch. Tifton could learn from them

Only people in the drive through. Neither my husband nor I could understand the speaker. Gave up and hoped we had ordered something close to what we wanted. At the window the server snapped 20.50. Neither of us could understand her. She got mad when asked to repeat. Probably.the rudest server I have ever encountered.

Arrived at restaurant. there were no other customers there. Told to “hang on a minute” at drive thru. Waited 9 minutes. I finally asked “are you ready for my order” then waited 14 minutes at pick up window for food. The food was not fresh!!! Luke warm soggy fries & bun similar to rubber!!! Terrible service in Tifton GA!!!! I do not recommend anything!!!

Stay Away from this Hardees! I have been to this location 3 times this year for breakfast. Never enough workers and first 2 times I ended up going to Bojangles a block away. Today I thought I was smart as I used the app to set up a pickup inside. When I got there the dining room was closed so I had to go through the drive through to pick up. That took 45 minutes and then the hashbrowns were cold, the Steak biscuit was hard and they were out of Dr Pepper so I got Cherry Coke that tasted like soda water. Worst experience in a long time and I will never go back. I am surprised it is still open!!

We wanted to go inside and eat but we couldn't because the doors were locked at 9:30a.m. We decided to go through the drive-thru. We watched as many cars pulled up and people checked the doors wanting to go in but then left. We stayed in the drive-thru for about 15 mins and also decided to leave because the line had barely moved.
