I travel for work and venture into many restaurants. This location has the culture all businesses want and need.

Pulled to the speaker, got asked what I would like after about 15-20 seconds. I told answered, and dead silence for about 2 minutes. I then asked “Did you get that?” and the voice replied “Welcome to Hardee’s.” No “what can I get you? I’m sorry, what was that?” or anything of sorts. So I asked, “Did you get my order?” and they replied “No” in a super rude, nonchalant manner. Me and my family are new to this town and will be sure to never visit this location again. I was the only car in the entire parking lot

I order breakfast on the mobile app all the time and I was told today that they didn't do mobile orders in the drive thru even though I ordered it for drive thru pick up and that I had to come inside to get my order. The same person that gave me the order inside is the one that would have given it to me in the drive thru, so I'm not sure why I couldn't pick up in the drive thru.

I had a terrible experience at the Hardee’s in Tifton. We pulled up to the drive-thru, and after being asked what we wanted, we started to order — but no one ever responded. We sat there for about five minutes with no reply, so we pulled up to the window. No one came to the window either. Inside, we could clearly see the employees playing loud music and dancing in the back. The restaurant was completely empty, and we were the only car in line. It was unprofessional and frustrating. Definitely won’t be coming back any time soon.

Made an order through UBER and they left out 2 drinks along with a biscuit that should’ve been with a combo. They also don’t care to answer the phone. Very Poor Service.

Food was mediocre….bout what I expected! Two employees one of which was sitting at a table in his phone when I walked in….note I was the only customer at the time! But they should definitely clean the lobby! Nastiest lobby in a restaurant I’ve seen! I’ll not be back to this location or a Hardee’s at all! No pride at all to help keep the place half way clean

The building clearly had no AC and there were gnats flying all around me as I was trying to eat my food. There were even dead gnats in the windows. The bathroom was also very unclean. Do not waste your time or money here.

I hope you like gnats and flies swarming you while you eat. There are dead ones swarming the window sill and live ones flying in your face and food. There has to be no AC because it’s humid as all get out in here. How did they manage to get a 96 health score?
