Great sandwich and service
Food is good but you don't get much for your money
One of the worst Jersey Mike’s experiences we’ve had. Made an online order, and it was completely wrong (Mike’s way and was completely opposite - no toppings and dripping with extra mayo…gross).
As long as the current staff in this particular Jersey Mike's stays there, I will not be a customer of this store.
I've been there several times and they act as if I am bothering them by placing my order. Management seems to accept this behavior.
The straw that broke camels back was when I was in there last, I was completely ignored and had to ask if someone was going to take my order. Customer Service is not important to this staff.
Love Jersey Mike's #56 Big Kahuna cheese steak!
I've been going to Jersey Mike's since they opened and have always been happy with what I received, BUT NOT TODAY! I stopped there at 11:45 AM to order a sub for lunch (take out). The girl slicing the meat has no concept of proper sanitation procedures. She retrieved 2 items from the case and placed one slicing side down right on top of the slicer's base, right on top of many pieces of scraps from the slicer. Basically threw the meat on mis-sliced bread and then picked up the meat from the side of the slicer and proceeded to put dirty meat on my sandwich. The girl placing the lettuce, onions, etc. on the sandwich acted as though she was being bothered by customers and simply piled on the items haphazardly, along with a lousy attitude! Wrapped up the sandwich like it was a dead fish and stuffed it in the bag. Then tried to charge me $11.95 for a $7.95 sandwich. I had to point out the price on the main menu placard but she continued to argue. I was just about ready to walk out when she asked her co-worker what the price was and was told $7.95. Finally when ringing up the $10 bill I handed her she mis-entered the amount and had to retrieve her phone in order to use the calculator. Rather than eat the sandwich I simply threw it away and went to Panera down the street. Not what Jersey Mike's once was!
It has gotten way too expensive for what you get.

Completely out of Buns and made a terrible gluten free #26
I got the 26 from hell. I squeezed it and the damn thing gave me a drink. And I worked at Jersey mikes so I know that’s not supposed to happen three it out immediately and the workers clearly couldn’t give a shit about being on shift

I usually love Jersey Mike's Subs, but this location was a mess. Ordered ahead, and the food sat for over 15 minutes while we tried to get someone’s attention to hand it to us. To make it worse, one item was missing from the order. The service was disorganized, the place was not clean. The bathrooms were also in bad shape. Definitely not the standard I expect from this franchise.

Normally love our experience, but the service has greatly gone downhill. The employees are now rude. They act like it is a bother to serve you. Very disappointed.

I just spent $19.71 on a Pastrami sub, only to get home and find that it had none of the toppings!! Nothing but onions, meat and bread! The sandwich was so dry I had to choke it down! The pastrami was over grilled, not a drop of spicy brown mustard, no pickles, nothing!!! I called the store and was barely acknowledged then they told me to bring it back that's the only way they could fix it! I live 30 miles away in Albany so that's going to be a no!! I'm beyond disappointed, $20 down the drain! A dry crumbley mess!!

Waited about ten minutes on a Sunday afternoon for an employee to even acknowledge me. They were working on what seemed to be a big order but literally acted like I wasn’t there for about ten minutes. Then I tried to order a gluten free sub and was told they didn’t have gluten-free bread, despite a large sign on the front window saying they had gluten-free subs. My girlfriend told them they should put a sign on the door saying they were out of gluten-free bread hand got no reaction from the employees. We usually enjoy their food, but unfortunately, didn’t get a chance to here.
