Tried it today for the first time with a group of 5 people. I ordered the spicy Italian it was delicious. I thought a slice of pickle came with the meal but it doesn't. Customer service is ok. Definitely could be better and the price was fair. Sandwiches do not come cut in half or at least ours didn't. Even when we asked for it to be cut in half it wasn't and we went and asked again and they gave us a plastic butter knife for us to cut it ourselves.

My husband and I both ordered a sandwich with double meat, but when we got them home, there was no double meat...in fact, on my tuna sub, there was barely enough on there even for a single serving, I actually had to dig through the lettuce to find some. I called and our order was remade to perfection and was ready as soon as we got there, but when we picked it up, the girl didn't say sorry about that, thank you or anything. Still though, the food was great, but the service...

It was my first time actually going to the establishment. The staff was friendly, the order was accurate, wait time was minimal, and the food was amazing! I signed up for the app and started earning points for my order. Will definitely be back to dine here!
