Do not go to this location unless you have lots of patience. I had ordered food on the app. When I arrived, there was a little wait. 30 minutes pass and my order still not done. Mike and his partners make food for 4 other people behind me and my order was still not ready. Finally it comes out with wrong sauces. The manager gives me the food with not apologies. Mike does not apologize and he is ready to pick a fight with me. His partners were called out for playing around and they wanted to go after me. What kind of establishment would allow that. Only Princess had enough calm and courtesy to apologize to me.

Disappointing Experience: Strong Odor and Incorrect Order
We visited this KFC expecting a quick and well-prepared meal, but the experience was far from that. A strong smell of marijuana was coming from the kitchen, creating an unpleasant and unprofessional atmosphere.
On top of that, our order was a complete mess—we received something entirely different from what we had asked for, with no explanation or effort to fix it. The lack of attention and poor service make this location one I cannot recommend.
I hope management takes action, as situations like this damage the brand’s reputation and customer trust.

Very clean restuarant. They were very nice when we walked in. They make you feel welcome. Customer Service was A+. The food was delicious. The male manager was working the counter. He is a hard worker and an asset to KFC. I will definitely be back because they do not make you order your food from a kiosk, which is so impersonable. They take care of you like you are important.

I brought my grandson here on a Friday evening around 630 pm and I wanted crispy and was told there was a 9 minute wait. I didn't mind at all bc crispy is out favorite. It was a little less than that to wait. We had pulled up to a space and the gentleman who brought it out was so fun! I wish I could remember his name. He's young, slender and tall. He said " you're going to like that. It's fresh. But be careful, it's very hot." He mainly said that to the 8 year old. He then asked if we wanted hot sauce or honey or jelly or anything we wanted and I told him that the Dr said I couldn't have hot sauce anymore but my 8 year old said " well I can" so the gentleman said he would get hot sauce for the 8 year old, honey for me and jelly for everyone and he went all the way back in just for that! We had a very good time just for something simple, which made my grandson want to go again. That was his first time going.

I've eat here twice when I've come to Tifton. Chicken was good. Mash potatoes and gravy was slightly warm but not warm enough. Biscuit was hard as a rock. Sweet tea was NOT sweet at all and I got a Dr pepper thinking that would taste better....it was flat! My boyfriend got a chicken box with a sandwich and nuggets and my son got a nugget meal. For $25 KFC, you can do a LOT better. Idk who's running it or cooking the food, but y'all need to step your game up because ugh. Btw, I work as a cashier at a fast food restaurant in my town, our food and drinks are always on point and no it's not McDonald's that I work for. My manager could teach them a few things and whip it into shape.

Everyone was nice, food was fine. But we placed our order in the lobby, and they managed to forget an entire meal from our order. Really dissapointing and inconvenient considering we didn't realize til we got home. I called and was offered nothing for my inconvenience. Just an ok, you can come pick up your meal.... I didn't ask for anything but it left a real bad taste in my mouth. This was my first trip back to KFC in a while, and it'll be a long time before I go back.
