I got the $5 2 piece box with mashed potatoes and gravy and when I got home I only had 1 piece of chicken and a biscuit. I tried to call the restaurant because I live 20 minutes away but nobody answers the phone

I placed a order online and they still screwed it up. I even asked was this all of it and was told yes. Well I guess I learned a lesson don't trust KFC in Tifton to do their jobs. They left off the chicken nuggets but I dang sure got charged. This is ridiculous why can't they read and if they can then there's totally no excuse. We shall see how long it takes management to answer this as I have called 4 times and no one will answer the phone.

I should have listened to other reviews. I didn't get 2 items that were paid for. Spending $40 on a whole meal for my family, just to be cheated two items that didn't get everyone fed right. The cashier was rude upon arrival. I won't be coming back. This KFC and Moultrie's is down right sad.

Placed an order at 11:20 to be picked up/ready at 12!! It took until after 12:20 for them to have order ready... Then forgot to put biscuits in the bag & had bad attitude when I asked about them.
The staff is very friendly and professional. The order is always fast, accurate, and fresh! Highly recommend!

Terrible. KFC has really went down. It takes 20 to 25 minutes to get your food and then you are missing food. This has happened the last 3 times I have went. There is no sense in this. I can understand if they are busy but when they aren't that is unacceptable. It really needs improvement .
