Stopped by Krystal’s with zero cars in the drive-thru and no customers inside. Ordered a simple #1, yet I was told to drive around the building—seemingly just to make it look like my order was completed. Another car pulled up after me and got the same treatment, so now they were behind me.
Meanwhile, the employees inside were just standing around doing nothing while I waited in an empty parking lot. Customer service at its absolute finest. Won’t be coming back.

My party decided to check out what appeared on the outside as a new Krystal restaurant in Tifton. It was about 8:30pm on a Saturday night, so we figured it wouldn't be too crowded. We get there, and see a sign that says the lobby closes at 8pm. We didn't expect that, but decided we still wanted Krystal burgers so we went to the drive thru. The gentleman taking our order asked us to wait before we could order, which we were ok with. Within a minute he asked for our order, and then told us to pull around. From the time we took our order to the time we pulled out, we spent 18 minutes in the line. The girl at the register wasn't mad, nor happy. Just...there. no emotion. She handed us our 2 drinks, and then 1/2 the order. When I stayed at the window, she asked if we needed something else. Didn't know our order at all. Finally got the rest and pulled away. The fries tasted like they had been sitting on a table for 30 minutes. The burgers weren't much better. Took too long to go through the line, and then cold food. Not a pleasant experience at all. Disappointed to say the least.

Kid-friendliness: The food is kid approved but having to either eat in the car park or the food being cold by the time we reach our destination. Because dining in is not a friendly option and the door are mainly locked.

I walk up to the counter and totally ignored for the first few minutes. Finally a lady turns and says "you need something?". Well no shit, why else would I walk up to the counter at Krystal's. It took 1 hrs and 7 minutes to get a 12 pack of krystal burgers. Then I was told I need to have a better attitude because I asked how much longer. Bahahaha, I'll never visit Krystal's again.

The young lady who took our order, (remind u that my husband and I had traveled from Tallahassee to this location due to the other Krystal's that's 30 minutes away from the other Krystal's that was under remodeling construction so they were closed so we came to this location. The young lady had charged me twice because she kept swiping my card, saying, "It isn't going through (payment)." My husband had to stop her from swiping my card the third time. I got charged twice! No worries, I'll get my $35 back in 10 folds. The food was cold when we got it, this was a dine in, and food was not what we asked for, but we made the best out of shitty service.
SERVICE IS HORRIBLE MY ORDER WAS TAKEN BY DRIVE THUR. WAITED OVER 30 MINS. TO FIND OUT ORDER WAS NEVER PUT IN SPOKE WITH MANGER SHE WAS UNABLE TO FIND ORDER. MONEY WAS REFUNDED. @KRYSTAL BURGER'S PLEASE TRAIN YOUR STAFF .!!!!!!!
