Krystal in Tifton, GA deserves this review. The drive-thru here is painfully slow — and I’m talking on NON-busy days. Expect to wait 10–15 minutes per car, no exaggeration. You’ll sit there watching employees standing around with their hands in their pockets or glued to their phones while the line doesn’t move an inch.
It’s honestly ridiculous. I’ve noticed fast-food service in Tifton has been slipping across the board, but this location takes the prize. If you’re in a hurry, or you just value your time, skip this place. There’s no excuse for service this slow.

I just read some of the reviews on here. Somebody is high. This was the worst restaurant I have ever eaten at in my entire life. The service was rude. The food was gross. They shorted us a coke.We paid for it and they accused us of taking it when they didn't give it to us. I ordered three pups with chili cheese, onions and mustard.I've got pictures of what they gave me.I'm pretty sure that they scraped it off the floor, disgusting. Do not eat here ever!

I stood there for 10 minutes on my lunch break with no service. The only other person at the tables was an employee. Other than the occasional dirty look, they wouldn't even acknowledge that I was in the building. I eventually just left with no food.

I went to this location today to order food. When I arrived at the speaker one of the employees said “Our system is down so we’re only taking cash”. I responded with “Okay, Are you able to give proper change for the cash?”. Mind you she just told me the system was down. So maybe that meant the register also wasn’t working and the exact cash amount was needed. The person responded by saying “What do you mean, I just said we are only taking cash”. 1. That’s ghetto. 2. Where is the professionalism? Why is it hard to say “Yes we do have change”. 3. I think it’s best to hire people who are polite and have common sense. Needless to say I’ll never be back here.

The person who took the order was nice and friendly. Was told to drive to the other side of drive thur to wait. Waited about 10 mins to get out food. We were not impressed by the Pricing, fries were only half filled to the holder. Won't stop to get anything in this area. Looks run down with poor service.

Saturday, July 30th 2025. Went through the drive thru at 2:30. Nobody was here but us. We ordered 2 loaded fries and a sack full of Krystal’s. The drive thru crew was very inattentive. They told us to pull around to the side after making the payment. It took 35 minutes for our food to come out. We hardly had any fries in our box and they were soggy and cold..the few that were there. Our sliders were also Cold. Some had pickles and onions and some didn’t. As well as some had mustard and some didn’t. We were here just a week ago and greeted by a wonderful staff and very good food. Not sure what has happened between now and then, but I’m not sure if I will be back at this location if something don’t change. It’s hard to spend 40 dollars to get what we got. Do better Krystal’s. Maybe find some employees that care more about your business. This visit was absolutely horrible.

Food is fantastic for nostalgic reasons and an occasional indulgence. Service has always been slow at a Krystal’s for decades—even when I worked for them in 1995, Daytona Beach, International Speedway location. The female bathroom is “out-of-order” and the male bathroom works as long as you are okay with not have any working lights. Yes. Cellphone flashlight is required…or recommended. Tables and floors are clean. Service was very polite. Perfect lunch while on the road for business.
