Our waitress, Courtney, was great! Everything else here was terrible. We had to wait to be seated, which should’ve been our sign to leave. We then noticed the score of 88 on the wall, & still wanted to give them a try. We waited 45 min for our food when they weren’t busy at all. The food then came out cold after all this time. We had to ask for hot fries. It was a waste of $50 honestly. The place was also not the cleanest. Would not recommend!

Horrible representation for a Logan steak house After waiting 20 minutes for a medium steak it comes out purple and raw Waitress was rude and just walked away when I explained I was unhappy with the food I'll never stop here again and I was wondering why it was so dead and now I know why ,

This is my 2nd visit and 2nd horrible experience. Tonight, I was told I had to wait 45 minutes, and I was okay with that. BUT, once seated, servers walked by our table many times but never offered drinks or bread while we waited. We went next door to the Cracker Barrel. They were equally busy, but we had drinks and placed our order after a short 15-minute wait.

Ordered the Logan sirloin, steak, medium, rare, baked potato, and Caesar salad. The steak had no flavor, like no seasoning on it. It was very tender, but no flavor, the baked potato was yellow on the inside, as if it had been soaked in grease or something. It came with plenty sour cream and butter, but the taste was so bad of the potato I could not eat it. The lettuce and the salad was good but Caesar salad dressing was terrible. It was not a good Caesar salad dressing at all. My wife had a hamburger the American and she said it was fantastic. The onion rings we had were very good crispy and had a very good flavor very disappointed in the quality of the steak.

The server was extremely nice and attentive. But it took almost an hour to get our steak even when there probably were not even 20 people in the restaurant.
Or server was the best. Great atmosphere. Pretty quick too, seeing we were driving home and still 6 hrs to go.

Traveling through the area and stopped in for dinner last night. The hostess was very friendly and made us feel at home. Our server, Brooke was awesome. She made recommendations, kept out beverages full, and was just a delight. Food came out hot and was very flavorful. We were reluctant to eat here with the prior reviews, but we are so glad we did.

Been sitting here for 20 minutes, no ones even spoken with us except the hostess when we came in. About to leave in 5min if no one comes. Edit: we left LOL. 30 minutes waiting. Absolutely ridiculous. First time trying this place. Never coming here again. The waitress had the audacity to tell me "have a great night" with an attitude when we were leaving.
