This is the only time in years that I have gotten food that was not very good from Longhorns.

Watched the hotesss buss tables as my party waited to be sat. Waited over an hour when we were told 30-45 minutes. Waiting area is extremely small and has no air flow causing it to be uncomfortably hot. Continued to watch the hostess buss more tables after we were sat. SEVERELY UNDERSTAFFED!!!! Waitres had to be asked several times to bring items. Did not bring plates for the appetizers. A Neighboring table was told that the waitress could mot give plates to the table the other half of their part was at because it wasn't her section. Did not see more than 3-4 waitress total during a busy rush hour. Manager was no where to be seen. If you're looking to vist a LongHorn, vist the valdosta store!

Went out for a family event, and was excellent time. Raegan was our server and whenever I come back I'll ask for her section! Raegan is a good natured person and was a wonderful server. She was very helpful with reccomendations, and keeping up with our large party, as well as the other tables. I look forward to visiting again

We had a very large party on a visit this week and the Longhorn Team did a great job getting us seated, taking our orders and bringing our food. The team provide suburb efficient service and delicious food and tasty beverages. Bravo!

Coming from someone who has worked many restaurant positions for many years, this particular location is always spot on. Food is prepared well tastes good. The servers and floor managers are tentative to guests. Great job guys
