I always get great service when I go Marco's Pizza. The Hot honey pizza has become my favorite along with Italian sausage. They are my go to when I want pizza.

We were only in town for a night & tried to order delivery to our hotel. Called at 9:08, well before the 9:30 deadline, but no one ever picked up the phone. Two other people in our party tried calling as well, sat on hold for over 10 minutes & no one ever answered. Utter waste of time.
I ordered 2 pizza's and used their track my order feature online. I got a notification at 5:25 that my pizza was ready once I got their I was told their was 1 still in the oven and it would be ready in 3 minutes. After 40 minutes of waiting a worker walked up to me asking if I still wanted my order because it wasn't even been started yet! I finally just got my pizza after waiting an hour at the store. By far the worst customer service I have seen in a long time I highly recommend goin to another pizza joint.

Marco's charges you full price $18.99 for a large pizza even when you can get it for a lower price on their daily special 3 topping large pizza for $13.99. Manager says you can't do that. I don't see any rules that say you can't do that, but I guess they make their own rules. Thankfully, there are other pizza options in Tifton. I wouldn't recommend. Eat elsewhere. P.S. If you go outside the building, at least wash your hands before handling the food with no gloves.

I ordered food at 8:54, and the restaurant doesn't close until 11:00. My order was canceled, and no one called to inform me. There was a phone number on the order that could have been used to let me know, so I wouldn't waste my time and gas. I waited, causing me to miss ordering from another restaurant before it closed. When I arrived, I was informed they were closed, yet it looked like they were taking orders and making pizza. Three people were inside. Common courtesy would have been to call and tell me that you planned to cancel my order, especially since I had two hungry children in the car. My advice would be to turn off your online ordering if you are going to close.
