Ordered Pizza from here for Delivery. It was wrong and was told they would take my name and number for future orders. Called tonight to find out there were no notes put on my account and was told they couldn’t honor the previous mistake. Will be sending corporate my order info and photo I took of the wrong pizza along with the negative statements overheard through the phone about it. Also the manager refused to get on the phone with me. I have no problem with someone making a mistake and then making it right but when I’m told it would be fixed then told that was a lie I cannot honor that.

We ordered a build your own pizza. We paid extra for triple hamburger and didn’t get triple hamburger. When we called we were told the more toppings you add the fewer of each topping you get. When you order the build your own the price goes up for each topping you order. Then if you double or triple the amount of the topping the price goes up. That’s fine we don’t mind paying to build a piazza the way we like it. Tonight we built our pizza and paid extra to get triple hamburger and didn’t get triple hamburger We called and they said there was nothing they could do. Even though we said we paid for triple hamburger the manager told us the more different toppings you add the less you get of each topping. So even though we paid for triple we didn’t get triple and they would not reimburse or make us a correct pizza. The manger was rude

We recently ordered the Triple Pepperoni Magnifico pizza. This has become our favorite pizza. The last few times we have ordered, the quality, service, and cleanliness has not been up to the level we have become used to. However the pizza we ordered yesterday was absolutely perfect. The restaurant was cleaner. We met the new GM and he was very friendly and gave outstanding service. We know he has a lot ahead of him to bring the restaurant back up to the usual standards. We will continue to be a customer well into the future. Thank you Mike B.
The pizza is great but if you don’t use a coupon deal it is too expensive. $30 for a medium 3 topping and cheezybread is borderline terrorism. For my money though Marco’s is the very best of the non dine in pizza I have ever eaten (at least since the 80’s) and beats many of the dine in places (Pizza Hut I’m looking at you). Use a coupon and you will be ok, call it in, pick it up, and drool all the way home!
Parking: The parking area is ok for a take away pizza place, but I am from a town several miles away so I have to wait for my pizza and accessories (lol). The handicap parking is not marked well, so the non-handicapped folks park in it, can’t really blame them, right? But I do love me some Marco’s Pizza so I put up with a few inconvenience.

Marco's pizza is a family favorite! I went out of my way to grab dinner! Fairly quick to order in-house and wait, but I would order ahead if in a hurry. Fantastic food, great environment, excellent customer service!
Ordered 2 subs online for pickup. Walked in 20 mins later at pickup time and 4 different employees made eye contact with me, but no one bothered to ask if i needed help. I stood at the counter for almost 10 minutes before someone came to help. The young lady said they gave my food to someone else, yet never apologized. She just stood there waiting for me to decide what they were going to do.. All in, I was in the shop close to 30 mins for what should have been a quick pickup. I have never seen the sheer amount of apathy on display in this store concentrated in one place before. It was frankly amazing to me.

The food was excellent. I don't give the 5 stars because the bathroom was nasty and there's a guy working in sandals with the toenails of 2 inches each one, he's feet were so disgusting. But apparently that's normal for them cause the owner and the manager were there and nobody said a word.
