No napkins or straws in lobby. Only order on kiosk. Strange. Half the time the inside is locked up and drive thru line is wrapped around whole parking lot.

Took 20 minutes or more for them to get my food made. I went through drive thru and they told me to pull up to the railing. I sat there waiting for 20 minutes or more when they werent busy at all. All I ordered was a quarter pounder and 2 double cheeseburgers. It honestly doesnt take that long to make any of that as ive worked at McDonald's before. They also took a few minutes to even say anything while I was at the drive thru speaker. On top of that cars behind me were honking at the drive thru windows because they werent doing their jobs at all. They were standing around talking instead of doing their jobs. When I finally got my food I noticed that they messed it up. There was no onions and no pickles on both my double cheeseburgers. I never customized them at all which means they should have came with onions and pickles.

I love coming to this McDonalds in the mornings. They always have the best customer service..One lady always has a beautiful smile and personality early in the morning(that's rare these days). they will park you quick though ...lol

Beautiful Butterfly

I believe this has to be the worst one I have ever stopped at while traveling. We waited for about 25 mins from ordering to receiving inside. There were about 10 cars in the drive-through. The food was cold! We just threw it away and went somewhere else.

The amount of time they took in the drive-through was absolutely ridiculous. We sat one car behind the person at the speaker for about 25 minutes. Then when we got to the speaker they made us wait 15 minutes to even take our order. It is unbelievable how McDonald's has become one of the worst fast-food experiences - which is known by everyone - yet Corporate McDonald's does not care. Horrible experience at this location.

The manager was rude to our kids! All they had to do was fix the food and give it to us. We ordered on kiosk! They didn't give us enough syrup for the 3 orders of pancakes no ketchup forks! The playground was closed. B so the dining tables on play area were dirty. They got one guy doing windows he was nice but didn't show him to clean the tables. When I went back to ask for the condiments n forks and they just acted like we went not there. DO NOT RECOMMEND MORNING SERVICE HERE AT ALL! We spent over 50$ here. Ridiculous service!!

My girlfriend just ordered and waited 35mins and no order showed up. When she went inside, the manager was terrible and nasty. No manners, no control on her operations, and no experience in dealing with these situations. She refunded my gf for the order and didn’t deliver the food. Don’t stop at this place and preferably skip MC in Tifton all together. Seriously bad service and experience

The food was alright. What you'd expect from McDonald's. Service was a pain. I waited at the counter for 6 minutes to get some sauce I ordered and they didn't put in the bag. When I asked for some I was told it'll be 30 cents. Meanwhile 20 seconds earlier another employee gave away a handful of sauce for free. The inconsistency and treatment is frankly annoying. Overall its a McDonald's but this is my passive aggressive response

We came in one afternoon on our way home to Atlanta, they were busy like all McDonald's can be the manager looked stressed. We did get old fries but I asked for a replacement and she did, even after she had to do everything herself.. I hope it gets better, and her workers start helping out more.

Waited in drive thru for 5 minutes just to be asked what I need and then I gave my code and then proceeded to wait longer. Got a cheese burger with no cheese on it and a nice piece of melted plastic stuck to the bun.

It was raining and we couldn’t go to a park, so we thought we would have lunch and enjoy the play place. Unfortunately they close the play place whenever it’s raining, which kind of defeats the purpose of having a place you can play when it’s raining.
