Went through drive through to order a coke- as McDonald’s has my favorite coke. Unfortunately they had someone doing drive through who did not care about the customer at all. At least that was my experience- I pulled up to drive through and I could hear everything the worker was saying- she was talking to her coworkers loudly about stuff that was not work related- she then starts laughing- and i thought maybe she didn’t see me pull up or hear it beep- I use to manage fast food so I know how it works. I kindly said mam- to let her know I was hear thinking maybe she was ready to take my order- for her to say - to who ever she was talking to in drive through with her mic on- hold on I got this lady yelling in my ear - I have the video and was recording the whole time - hoping this could be a learning lesson for the employee. At this point she b ever took my order and proceeded to take someone else order who pulled up just then. And cut the mic off my side. I have it all on video to show the manager- I kindly ask the manager when pulling up to the window- tell the manager what happened and showed her the video- not one apology on the behalf of McDonald’s - or even comment. She just okay- so I just drove off. And figured the only way to let McDonald’s regional team know is through a review. This is definitely not me being mean but this is my local McDonald that I would like to be able to get a coke in peace. I hope McDonald’s offers better training for the employees and management.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Closed their inside early in the afternoon. Food was cold, missing fries and toys for happy meal. Girl told me she couldn’t do anything but put my name in a book and got smart with me. Hope she gets fired

About 6 different cars waited in line at the Drive-thru only to have not one of us get to even order! Told just to give her "one minute". One by one, each person left. Waste of time for those of us travelling.
Traveling with family and used their order at the kiosk and order at the table service. All three orders plus at least one other guest had to go up to the counter after a 10+ minute wait to discover our food had been ready, but we weren’t notified or called to come pick it up even though we ordered for dine in and was told our food would be brought out. It was simply setting behind the counter getting cold. On top of that, our orders were missing items and no ketchup or napkins were available. To round up the visit, the restroom had urine all over the floor and dried feces was smeared over the toilet. Probably the worst McDonald’s visit to date and that’s saying something.

Dietary restrictions: If a person has to watch their salt intake and still want fries then McDonald's serves salt free fries which are always made fresh.

For a place that just opened up at 6 to be served cold hash browns is worrisome. Think the drive through speaker is broken too as I had to call the store to see if they were taking orders got told the thing didn’t beep come to the window. I don’t think I would recommend stoping here.
