Bad service overall and horrible staff. Staff is in lobby playing around with a line wrapped around the building. Lobby was also locked as they were running around the lobby throwing things at each other. Nobody is helping customers, nobody is taking orders, Nobody is at drive thru windows. Just simply playing around in the lobby
Order was completely wrong. I ordered a Double Quarter Pounder (cheese & ketchup only), 6-piece nuggets with sweet & sour, fries, cookies, and a Coke.
I only received two large fries, the cookies, and the drink.
None of the main items were in the bag.
I tried calling the store but it went straight to voicemail. This isn’t a small mistake, the majority of the order was missing.
I’m not here to bash anyone, but this needs to be addressed. Customers shouldn’t pay full price and receive half an order. Please tighten up quality control and double-check orders before sending them out to Uber eats.
I got there at night, but it was long before closing. I went to the drive-thru because that's all that was open. I sat at the drive-thru for about 3 minutes no one would come I pulled around to the window no one was there I drove past and I saw the employees sitting inside at the tables talking with each other. Apparently they'd rather sit and have a conversation then take a paying customer's order! So no I cannot give this anything more than one star. It's utterly ridiculous the lack of service you get these days! I left I went next door to Wendy's got my dinner, I sat in the parking lot and ate my dinner before going home. By the time I was done apparently next door at McDonald's they were done with their meeting and they had started taking orders at the drive-thru again. So it's not like I got there too late and they were closed.

Night shift is horrible. Be prepared to wait atleast 30 min in the drive-thru. Young teens working and Seems no management working to guide them after 6pm

Decided to do a late supper, and on the way to where I had planned to go, I saw that McDonalds was open so I hit the drive through. Very personable lady on the intercom taking my order and when I got to the window, she (Jasmine) was friendly and had a great sense of humor. The rest of the staff at the next window could take some tips from her on customer service. The food was pretty good and in an unexpected plot twist: the ice cream machine works and I got a shake!

rude customer service, the food was made in a messy environment considering we had biscuit crumbs on our mcgriddle (neither me or my husband got biscuit anything..) the establishment itself is just doing horrible. we said thank you to the lady for bringing us our food. even though we only got two things, we had to pull up and she couldn't even say ur welcome...? so didn't even eat our food or drink our drinks and just threw it away and went to wendy's, which was great or maybe mcdonald's set the bar so low that wendy's was a 5 star either way don't go here. not pitching a fit about throwing the food away because clearly the establishment needs the money.

I will not return to this location again. I highly suggest going to the other McDonald's or finding a different fast food restaurant. I placed an order for curbside, I waited for 10 minutes and no staff member came out to deliver the food to my vehicle. The staff then proceeded to mark my order as completed without ever giving me my food. I waited for another 2 or 3 minutes to give them time to bring it out and they still never brought out my food. I had to go inside to tell them I never got my food. The staff then proceeded to have to make it because they never started the order to begin with. The only thing that was made was my large drink. Once I got inside I was met with staff that were ignorant and very disrespectful. I overheard some employees bad mouthing me over my order and the fact that i was in the curbside pickup. They were also bad mouthing another employee. On top of that they only gave me 3 nuggest in the 6 piece i ordered for my childs happy meal. They also never put the toy in the happy meal when there was supposed to be a toy in there.

The service received at this establishment was demonstrably substandard. Despite the restaurant being devoid of other patrons during our visit at 2:30 PM, the staff appeared disorganized and demonstrated a lack of professionalism. Our order, consisting of three Happy Meals, a twenty-piece chicken nugget, and four chicken strips, was met with confusion and rudeness from the staff.
Furthermore, the restaurant's cleanliness was significantly lacking. The dining area was littered with debris, including food items, and the restroom facilities were poorly maintained, posing potential health and safety concerns. These conditions appear to be in violation of established city and state codes.
Based on this experience, we cannot recommend this restaurant. Alternative dining options, such as Wendy's or Jimmy John's, are suggested.

It was nothing special. When you are told to use the thing that you place ur order ur self because they are too busy to take ur order. I think that is a downright crying shame.

Lady was mopping... didn't wash her hands and went straight to touching the food. Told me to use the machine because she wasn't taking my order. Grabbed her phone and started taking pictures of me. Avoid this location... what kind of mess are you operating?

They couldn't even fix a simple issue, said they couldn't do a med chocolate shake, asked for hot fudge mc flurry got an Oreo. And a mini at that even though a shake is more than a mcflurry. Attitude about the situation was not great. This was all after saying they couldn't make any ice cream and that we needed to get refund through the app.
