I was in the drive through they took forever the lady that was taking orders had her microphone on I could hear her talking to another coworker about her boyfriend we kept sitting there then she finally said their card machine is down. This is the 4th time I had to pull off and leave because of time issues or other issues! I've witness a lot of other people pull off too on other days. They lock the door and only let certain people in and eat they don't even work there.

I could understand if the staff was busy. I could understand if any amount of customers other than me were present. But I'm literally the only customer in line in the drive through and the dining room is closed. I'm sitting here at the pick up window for over 10 minutes and no one has acknowledged me. It was a mobile order that was placed 15 minutes before I arrived and I've been here long enough to take a picture of a very rude employee who is posted up on the drive thru window staring at their phone, and type this review.

I have a hard time blaming the staff. I believe there were only two employees working this morning around 6:30am. 1 lady working both windows and 1 in kitchen if I had to guess. Ordered 3 sandwiches and all three were wrong. Ordered a bacon biscuit, got a bacon biscuit with cheese. Ordered a bacon, egg, cheese mcgriddle, got a sausage egg and cheese mcgiddle. Ordered a sausage, egg, cheese mcmuffin, got a sausage, egg, cheese biscuit.

Everything was fine until this girl just put her whole thumb in my cup and proceed to fill it like I just didn’t see her. Disgusting.
Ordered three chicken McNuggets kids meals and ordered an additional 20 piece chicken McNuggets. Was given 7 total sauces. When I asked for more sauces I was told that we were given enough sauces but could pay for more if we wanted them.
