Got 2 quarter pounders and two happy meals waited 30+ minutes got home which right across the street and food was ice cold, fries were soggy and got half the order of fries we should have then when I call to tell them the guy who answered had nothing but attitude like an upset middle school girl. This is ridiculous.

They Always getting order wrong.This is all 3 restaurant.Everytime you go thru the the drive thru at night they open the window and it smell like the hold work area smoke weed.Thats not how you run a business.Someone need to take charge of these place

Customer service sucked waited 10 min for some to help at the front counter. Then got my order wrong. Was told this is how it showed up on are end when I should the mobile order the. Said we have to make what’s in our screen. On top of it the bathroom was trashed. Worst McDonald’s I’ve seen yet.

McDonald's management should be ashamed of having such poor customer service. If the reps don't feel like doing their job. Please fire them. I tried to order something at the window, and I was rudely told it's not possible. Every McDonald's in other states can, but not the one in Tifton, apparently. Are you sure or you just don't want to your job, I guess is a pretty gig if you are getting paid to use your personal cellphone while pretending to work.

The lady taking our order was very nice and helpful. The manager seemed to be preoccupied, we heard the cashier asking for help several times before the manager came to help.

The manager here is very rude . It’s like she is paying for our food . I went to redeem an offer and she clearly looked unhappy that I am getting that . The people who placed orders after me got their orders quickly , I felt that my order was intentionally delayed , I might be wrong in this but that’s what I felt. I don’t know when will people stop judging others based on their colour and race and I highly recommend to go to any other store if possible and I think the one who treated me , the granny is the main store supervisor/manager . Kiddos to the hiring manager for recruiting her 👏

Waited 35 minutes in the drive thru line for a dr. Pepper and small fries. The fries were soggy and cold like they had been sitting out. Seems like no one was making the food or they weee short staffed.

RUDE EMPLOYEE. This is a great mcdonalds, I mean sometimes you do have to extra salt your fries if you like them that way. But don't go during the evenings a lot. There is this older lady that works and she rushes the orders even when not busy and put out bad quality food. Forgetting items and have poor looking product. Not to mention the attitude she gives, good lord 🙄
