I just discovered this place from a co worker that saw it on Facebook today. Naturally, we had to go try it! Y'all!!!!! Okay, to start the owner was super friendly and very welcoming! The prices almost seemed like they were a little high, but the amount of food you get- I could get 2-3 meals off of this myself, and I'm a big girl that likes food, lol, was definitely well worth the price, and then some. The food was HOT, even by time we got back to our office across town...
Meeks grub spot is on point. delicious fried chicken filets, crispy and tender. my family also tried stew beef which was delicious and very well cooked, we had sides of collars, yellow and white rice, yams, mac and cheese and fried orka. we called our order in and hot and ready with 15 to 20 minutes.
