I think they may have had a flood or water issue. The first thing you notice when you come in is a heavy mildew smell.
The food was pretty standard olive garden food, but the pizza we ordered for the kiddo (5) never came so he ended up eating my soup / salad / calamari. They did comp the pizza and appetizer to make up for the inconvenience, which was kind, but hungry kiddos like food more.
The wait staff was ao kind and attentive, which truly made the visit. Whatever she is making, it isn't enough and she deserves a raise.
The manager? Chef? Someone was making the rounds asking all the tables how their meal was, but avoided our table, im guessing because od the pizza issue.

I gave 3 stars because our waitress was really nice. The food was just ok. I got pasta with Alfredo sauce and it was just OK. The bread sticks we were served were hard as a rock. We couldn't even eat them. When we first walked in, we were hit with an old musty or mildew smell most likely coming from their carpets since the whole restaurant is carpeted. It may be time for a professional carpet shampooing. There was also a creepy sign on the front door.

Ordered a to go meal for me and my kid and when I picked it up the first thing I noticed is that they forgot my son's drink. I thought maybe they would have the decency of providing silverware but even that was missing. They also marked chese and mints in the receipt however, of course it wasn't in the bag. I'm not even able to eat this food because I'm staying in a hotel close by and they're not a restaurant so of course they don't have silverware. I will DEFINETLY won't be ordering here again. Worst customer service.

Me and my friend went to have dinner, and Unfortunately my friends Alfredo was not that best we spoke to a nice gentleman named Joey and he got her a new fresh hot plate (which it was great the second time around) and our server Tomas was very helpful and gave great service. I would highly recommend yall swing by and give them a visit !

Ordered the steak gorgazola medium rare. The steak was cooked well done the sauce had a weird sour hard to explain taste. The meat was like you could find in the precooked at the grocery store. The martini was short all on my daughter's 21st birthday. The server was awesome. My meal got comped still 74$

Olive garden has been a staple for us since I could remember, but never in my life time have I been inside an Olive Garden that has a visible mold problem & or has a strong smell of mold the moment you walk into the restaurant. This is a clear a health code violation & serious public health concern. Not only is the mold visible but also near the HVAC vents; this is a clear cross contamination risk & completely unsanitary. This restaurant should NOT BE OPEN TO THE PUBLIC UNTIL THIS ISSUE IS RESOLVED!!

Walked in and immediately smelled mold. Looked up & saw mold in several areas of the ceiling. Why are they still serving food? We left and didn’t purchase food.

Waited 10 minutes to get seated and they weren't busy, the host looked like he didn't know what to do
5 servers were baby sitting someone's kids instead of doing their job.
Waited at table another 10 minutes and no one came over to get our order so we left.
It would be different rating if it was busy, then I would understand, but it was not busy, the servers were just not doing their job and ignoring customers.
Hopefully this was a 1 time incident and not the normal operation of this location.

AMAZING!!!! After the lousy 2 Olive Gardens we've gone to, we almost gave up on any Olive Garden. I'm glad we decided to try this one. I strongly believe that it is the manager that makes or breaks a store. This manager truly cares about her store and her customers. She came around and made sure that we were happy! The other 2 Olive Gardens that's weren't good at all had NO manager check on his/her customers. I believe if the manager doesn't care, the staff doesn't care. And those are the restaurants that will close their doors.
Corporate, you need more managers like this woman!!!!
