A typical branch of this restaurant chain. The restaurant was clean and appeared well maintained. The wait to be seated was very short. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and very efficient. The food was served hot and in a timely manner. However, because it's so popular it's fairly noisy in there. I wish it was a bit quiter.

The waitress we had today had little to no professionalism. She forgot our soups and salads. We only received one refill. She brought us our take ones without asking what we wanted and argued with me that we could not change entrees. I showed her the menu and explained how it worked to her. She then took the menu to her manager. She brought the take home choices, but we had to remind her again to bring our soups and salads. By then, it was time to go, and she asked if we STILL WANTED them. She did not offer us containers for our remaining food or drinks. We visit this location frequently, and this was our worst experience! Avoid China's area if at all possible. I was highly embarrassed, because we had out of town guests.
2/11/2025 Gave Olive Garden in Tifton another try. We waited about 30 minutes for someone to "see" us, but no one ever did. We never received drinks, and no server ever came to our table! It was NOT busy. A server came to the table in front of us, stood near my daughter, and she still did not acknowledge us. Despicable!

Our server was very nice. Everything else was a disappointment The chicken parm came on a grilled chicken breast which would have been ok, if it was grilled nicely but it tasted like rubber. Single handedly turned me off OG ever again

Our lunch chicken parms were grilled not fried and we were told they are not fried for lunch portion which is false and is the oppostite of the definition of parmigiana. I suppose the eggplant version is grilled. Put us off olive garden forever so in a way I should thank this location.
