Always a great experience at Osaka...Friendly staff who are helpful and readily available for any need or issue you may have...Fantastic sushi and the prices are amazingly low for the high quality rolls they serve here...Highly recommend!
Went in today and asked for crunchy roll. When I received it the menu must’ve updated price as it was not what I expected. I was a little bummed at first but then they came and told me that the pricing was updated and they would change it if I wanted it or give me a free sushi of my choice for the misunderstanding. This was a level of professionalism that blew me away!

Had the golden mountain roll and the eel avocado roll. Both were very good. Service was quick. Could have a bit more ginger on the plate. But real good food. Floor was clean. Tables were taken care of as soon as patrons left. A/c could be a bit lower as it was 90 degrees today but it was not too hot inside.
