Panera is one of my wife and my favorite places to eat. My wife truly loves the Broccoli Cheddar and the Chicken & wild rice soups and my favorite soup is the Autumn squash. I would truly love for them to keep the autumn squash year round.

Avoid this place like the plague if you’re not trying to have an hour long meal. Sat in the drive thru for 25 mins with 1 car in front of me and by the time I got to the window my food still wasn’t ready

This was a newer looking Panera with plush booths and glass dividers. Ordering kiosk as you walk in 😕 so no customer service was provided or customer interaction was provided. When my order was ready I retrieved it from the window, I cleared my table afterwards. NO customer interaction

They dumped their tea an hour before closing and said it would take 10 minutes to make more so we waited. After 15 minutes, she hadn't even started it. I paid $6 for teas we didn't get. Don't go here!!!
