I love Red Lobster, but the service here was awful! There was no one up front when I walked in, and 4 people were already waiting. When we (my hubby and I) finally got seated, it was about 10 more minutes before we got a server. Everything was slow...getting biscuits, getting our drinks from the bar, getting our salads. Just so disappointing...

It was 15 to 20 minutes before anyone came to our table. I had to ask the hostess if anyone was working in the area they seated us. I was told she is in the kitchen waiting on dishes to be washed. They had no dishes or silverware cleaned. They said that we could use paper cups if we would like to or wait until the dishes were washed. Shortly thereafter, They did bring our drinks to us. I came back later to take our order after we were served. Our waitress never came back to check on us. No refills On drinks were offered to us. This is the second time that I have visited this location. I am not from this area, but was in town watching my grandsons baseball games. The first time we visited, the service was just as bad and the food was not that appetizing. I gave it a second try to see if it improved and obviously it has not so I’m sorry to say that my husband and I may not be visiting your restaurant in the future. Thank you.

We didn't eat Red Lobter for 5 years, and it was good and tasty on the lake worth ave florida, so we went to Red Lobter tifton,Ga, and this is the why of those stars. It was comfortable, but service disappeared for a while, beer and appetite for two was service without a glass or appetite place, food not really a lot of flavor and no even the manager said a work or thank you for choose Red Lobter have a good night. They smile every time we make eye contact, but that it.

I ordered food and didn't get it. I ordered a crab queso dip and only got the chips What good are they without the dip. Whose idea of a joke was this? You'd think if I spend $120 in their store that they would take the time to make sure they didn't leave our my one appetizer. Shame on me for trusting them tho. Everybody had their food but my fiance and she was highly upset.

The waitress did not give us biscuits, all the other tables that sat around us did. She also did not give any refills unless specifically asked. Each request took 20-30 minutes. The waitress forgot our sides, did not apologize for forgetting. When I sat down I saw a table get cleaned sat and had their food served to them before we got our drinks. Keep in mind we had the same waiter.

My wife got sick while we were waiting for our food. My daughter in law took her back to the room. The waitress took their food back to the kitchen, I thought to keep it warm. After we paid she brought us newly prepared food hot for us to take to them.
