Today I made a delivery from Walmart. It was 12 bags of ice, and 1 spinach box. So when I arrived I walked in and said I had the delivery, and asked if someone could help with all that ice. Remind you it’s high 90’s. She said she could but it was going to be a few. I noticed there was a young lady sitting the couch, my grandson said she was an employee. She never offered to help. A random customer helped some. Remind you they didn’t have no cart to put the bags on. I hope that ice didn’t melt on your counter.

May 23 at 12:06pm Wow, there was a girl up there today who took our orders AND made our drinks. She was wonderful genuinely. Good attitude and the drinks were amazing. I even made a weird abstract drink and she made sure that she was thorough in what I wanted. She had beautiful brown skin, black hair that was pulled back, and was wearing a blue shirt. The only thing is that I wished I could have tipped her. Amazing.

Ordered online, made it easy since we are traveling. Only hiccup only one of the 2 coffees I ordered showed up on their end, had to show the young man my mobile order. He gladly made. Coffee was good. I tried The Carmel dolce, and my husband got the white chocolate macadamia nut, that one was a little too nutty for me. Looks like they have a secret menu also.

Worst cup of coffee I have probably had in my life at any coffee shop. Tasted like watered down hersheys chocolate syrup milk with one bean of coffee. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy, they deserve better coffee than this (and they have done some horrible things).

Coffee is always good, but the plan on waiting 15mins or more for your beverages, it is consistently slow using the drive thru or walking inside even when they have a full staff.

We stopped by on a Saturday afternoon for a cup of coffee and an iced chai tea. The young man who waited on us was accommodating, but the drip coffee was too acidic. My wife had caramel added to her chai and the small drink was mainly ice. For the $11 we paid, this was a disappointment.
Food and drinks were absolutely delicious and all the staff were so nice, helpful, and friendly!

Glad to see that it's not just a bunch of liberals working there. We think the coffee is better than Starbucks. The girl behind the counter who took our order was kind and helpful considering this was our first time trying a Red Owl.
