We stopped by on a Saturday afternoon for a cup of coffee and an iced chai tea. The young man who waited on us was accommodating, but the drip coffee was too acidic. My wife had caramel added to her chai and the small drink was mainly ice. For the $11 we paid, this was a disappointment.
Glad to see that it's not just a bunch of liberals working there. We think the coffee is better than Starbucks. The girl behind the counter who took our order was kind and helpful considering this was our first time trying a Red Owl.
The coffee is great, and so is the food. the reason for 4 stars is its hit and miss on if your order is gonna correct. Today we got two browser bagels, I got only bottom pieces while my friend got the two top pieces. And they forgot the egg and cheese on hers, just the egg on mine. It was a little wild. My protein bowl is always on point, I just tried something new today.
