Went for lunch and it was not very busy, so we figured we'd be on our way quickly. Wrong assumption. Took a while to get service and food. The kitchen was only one person and there probably shouldn't be fewer than two at any point in time to help with timing of all the menu items. The server wasn't attentive or helpful.... Everyone working there just seemed unhappy. There were other employees hanging out off the clock and gossiping with those on the clock. I attribute all of this to poor management.The positives: clean and good food.Side note (I'm sure Ruby Tuesday can't help this): the water tasted awful! Like drinking melted plastic.

The food was soooooo good! Of course, I guess I was hungry. I hate the fact that some Ruby Tuesday's are closing. Ours in Lagrange, GA closed. And we really don't know why. They always had customers, but the store did need some repairs.

Party of 4. Two people received their food 20 mins before the other two. We had to ask for the manager twice before she appeared. The manager stated she was having to cook.The food was good.
