Went for lunch and it was not very busy, so we figured we'd be on our way quickly. Wrong assumption. Took a while to get service and food. The kitchen was only one person and there probably shouldn't be fewer than two at any point in time to help with timing of all the menu items. The server wasn't attentive or helpful.... Everyone working there just seemed unhappy. There were other employees hanging out off the clock and gossiping with those on the clock. I attribute...
The food was soooooo good! Of course, I guess I was hungry. I hate the fact that some Ruby Tuesday's are closing. Ours in Lagrange, GA closed. And we really don't know why. They always had customers, but the store did need some repairs.
My husband and I have enjoyed our visit our waitress Kassey is great. I had my mothers birthday dinner here we ask for Kassey she was great very attentive to the party of 20. The manager on duty was great. Ruby Tuesday has stepped up there service thanks guys.
